Стержень для рулона укладывается на ролики параллельно им с возможностью подъема при увеличении диаметра рулона и размещается цапфами с возможностью вращения в двух подшипниковых опорах вертикальных штоков гидроцилиндров. Средство компенсации веса рулона включает систему управления давлением в поршневых полостях гидроцилиндров и поддержания постоянного давления в штоковых полостях цилиндров, а также имеет чувствительный элемент в виде динамометрического датчика, связанного с опорой ведущего ролика. Система управления давлением выполнена электрической и имеет связанный с датчиком пропорциональный клапан. Подшипниковые опоры вертикальных штоков выполнены в виде открытых сверху полуцилиндров.Штоки цилиндров соединены механической связью, содержащей вал, на концах которого закреплены зубчатые колеса, находящиеся в зацеплении с зубчатыми рейками, выполненными на штоках. Рулон влажных салфеток для очистки косметических кистей

Салфетки предназначены для быстрого применения при очистке кистей среди визажистов и людей, использующих в повседневности декоративную косметику. Технический результат, получаемый при использовании полезной модели, состоит в улучшении потребительских качеств рулона салфеток для очистки кистей от косметики за счет того, что процесс полной очистки достигается в одну стадию, и время, затрачиваемое на обработку кистей одной такой салфеткой, заметно снижается. Рулон салфеток длительное время остается влажным, и одной салфеткой можно очищать качественно за один раз от 15 до 20 кистей. Для предохранения от высыхания и удобства пользования влажные салфетки свернуты в рулон, разматываемый из центра, и размещены в тубе с отверстием в крышке по 50 или 100 штук в каждой. Технический результат достигается за счет того, что рулон влажных салфеток для очистки косметических кистей, включающий слоистую основу из нетканого материала, завернутую в рулон, и жидкую пропитку, содержит в качестве нетканого материала полипропилен, а в качестве жидкой пропитки - изододекан. Сочетание свойств эмолента изододекана со свойствами нетканого полипропиленового волокна надолго удерживают данную пропитку в капиллярах, а также завертывание салфеток в рулон и помещение последнего в упаковку обеспечивают заявленный эффект. 3 ил. Because the vehicle moves on top of the just unrolled section of turf, the present invention eliminates direct contact with, and disruption to, the underlying prepared base. This method and device reduces the time and cost associated with locating a roll of synthetic turf over a base during the installation of an athletic field, compared to prior installation methods.

Spirally wound paper products are disclosed having desirable roll bulk, firmness and softness properties. The rolled products can be made from a multiple ply tissue webs formed according to various processes. Tissue webs having basis weights greater than about 40 grams per square meter were wound into rolls having a Kershaw roll firmness of less than about 9 mm and a roll bulk of greater than about 15 cc/g. Similarly, tissue webs having basis weights less than about 40 grams per square meter were wound into rolls having a Kershaw roll firmness of less than about 9 mm and a roll bulk of greater than about 18 cc/g.

A method for the simultaneous production of wide and narrow width prepreg tape which method comprisesa) feeding a continuous sheet of prepreg material through a slitting apparatus whose slitting or cutting elements are configured to provide for the production of both wide and narrow width slit tape,b) separating each tow of slit tape longitudinally along each slit made by the slitting or cutting elements;c) guiding and aligning each tow of wide width tape to a spool element and each tow of narrow width tape to a spindle type spool element; andd) winding the wide width slit tape on the spool element, each wind directly imposed upon the prior wind so as to form a disc or pancake coil of the slit tape and, simultaneously, winding the narrow width slit tape on the spindle element in a spiral or helical pattern, traversing back and forth along the length of the spindle element.2. An apparatus for fabricating a stretch film roll , comprising:a device configured to fold a stretch film web to yield a folded stretch film web comprising at least one longitudinal band of increased thickness, each band of increased thickness being spaced from the longitudinal edges of the folded stretch film web; anda driven winding shaft for winding the folded stretch film web.2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each band of increased thickness comprises a plurality of longitudinal folds.3. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one band of increased thickness comprises a longitudinal band of wrinkled or bunched stretch film web.4. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one band of increased thickness comprises a longitudinal pleat.5. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the pleat comprises at least two longitudinal folds.6. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the device comprises:a member having at least one folding edge, andat least one guide, each guide configured to cooperate with a respective folding edge to form a respective longitudinal band of increased thickness.7. A kit for dispensing disposable stethoscope covers and other instrument covers is provided. The kit may include a cartridge and a dispenser for automatic touch-free dispensing of disposable stethoscope covers. The kit further includes a first spool having a roll of backing member with disposable stethoscope covers disposed thereon and a second spool for receiving the spent backing member after a disposable stethoscope cover has been removed, self-contained within the cartridge. The cartridge is inserted within the dispenser so that a user may insert a stethoscope head through a window of the dispenser to attach to a disposable stethoscope cover. Alternatively, the cartridge or cassette may be comprised of disposable instrument covers so that a user may insert the instrument near or through the window of the dispenser for application of the instrument cover directly to the instrument. The kit may further include a proximity sensor for detecting a user. 1.
