In einem Verfahren zur Handhabung von Rollen in einem Rollenversorgungssystem einer eine Rollendruckmaschine mit wenigstens einem Rollenwechsler umfassenden Druckerei wird eine Rolle in einen wenigstens ein Lager und den wenigstens einen Rollenwechsler umfassenden Kontrollbereich des Rollenversorgungssystems verbracht, wobei bei Eintritt in den Kontrollbereich des Rollenversorgungssystems die Rolle individualisierende und bezüglich wenigstens einer Eigenschaft charakterisierende Daten an einer der Eintrittsstelle zugeordnete Bedienerschnittstelle durch Betätigung eines Bedienelementes erfasst, über einen Signalpfad an ein Datenbanksystem übermittelt und dort im Hinblick auf die betreffende Rolle individualisiert in einem Rollendatensatz abgelegt werden. Im Rahmen einer Beschickung des Rollenwechslers mit einer aus dem Kontrollbereich stammenden Rolle wird zumindest ein die vorliegende Rolle individualisierendes Datum infolge einer Betätigung zumindest eines Bedienelementes an einer dem Rollenwechsler zugeordneten Bedienerschnittstelle festgelegt und an das Datenbanksystem übermittelt, wobei infolge der Übermittlung des die vorliegende Rolle betreffenden Datums im das selbe individualisierende Datum betreffenden Rollendatensatz des Datenbanksystems ein den Status und/oder Aufenthaltsort betreffender Eintrag geändert wird.

The entries of the roll stations (1) are arranged along a secondary transport path (4) and aligned with primary transport paths (3). In order to remove the roll stands (2) by drawing and to position the same by pushing, the positioning device (5) can be actively displaced in storage areas (2.1, 2.2) and roll stations (1) along primary transport paths (3). The orienting device (6) serves to receive loaded or empty positioning devices (5), to reorientate them for successive transport measures on primary transport paths (3), for displacing them along secondary transport paths (4.1, 4.2) and, optionally, for raising or lowering them to additional levels having additional storage areas (2.1, 2.2) as well as primary and secondary transport paths (3, 4). A low-profile, automatically guided vehicle is provided with a vertically raisable cradle which can carry a roll either in a bilge position or an upright position. Planta de conversión de papel, que comprende medios para producir rollizos de material de papel a partir de una o varias bandas de papel alimentadas por bobinas (PR) correspondientes, con una o varias desbobinadoras (3) en las que están dispuestas dichas bobinas (PR) de papel, una unidad (2) de gofrado que recibe al menos una de las bandas procedentes de dichas bobinas (PR) y procede a gofrarla, una grúa puente (6) con brazos (60) dotados de pinzas (61), y una rebobinadora (1) que produce rollizos utilizando las bandas procedentes de la unidad (2) de gofrado, en donde la unidad (2) de gofrado está dispuesta para estar configurada en una primera configuración de uso, en la cual uno o varios rodillos (4) de gofrado situados en su interior están trabados por bloqueo de manera estable a respectivos medios de soporte, y una segunda configuración de retirada, en la cual dichos uno o varios rodillos (4) de gofrado están desenganchados de dichos medios de soporte y pueden ser extraídos de la unidad (2) de gofrado, la planta comprende también una unidad (7) de almacenamiento en la que se almacenan uno o varios rodillos (4) de gofrado conforme a un orden de almacenamiento predefinido, de manera que cada rodillo (4) de gofrado ocupa una posición conocida y predeterminada en dicha unidad (7) de almacenamiento, teniendo cada rodillo (4) de gofrado un respectivo eje longitudinal (x-x), caracterizada por que comprende medios (8) de interfaz que se pueden asociar de manera reversible a las pinzas (61) de la grúa puente (6) y a cada uno de los rodillos (4) de gofrado en una fase de movimiento de estos últimos, medios (8) de interfaz que son interpuestos entre la grúa puente (6) y un rodillo (4) de gofrado seleccionado de entre los ubicados en la unidad (2) de gofrado y en la unidad (7) de almacenamiento y exhiben una primera parte (80) conformada para ser enganchada por las pinzas (61) de la grúa puente y una segunda parte (81) conformada para enganchar los extremos axiales (40) del ...
