Magnesium ammonium phosphate

Номер: DE0001902736A1
Принадлежит:

Magnesium ammonium phosphate (MAP)is produced from hydrated magnesium sulphate, phosphoric acid or a conc. soln. of a very soluble salt of phosphoric acid and, if necessary, ammonia. The exit materials or their solns. are reacted at 0-60 degrees C pref. 25-30 degrees C with a satd. soln. of ammonium sulphate (AS). This soln. is heated enough, pref. 55-65 degrees C, for AS developing with the reaction, to be able to be removed from the heated soln, and for the exit material or solns. of them, to be inserted, only with such a water content that exceeds the bonding power of the MAP. The heat content of the warmed soln. increases with the heat of reaction of the final loss of evaporation sufficiently to allow the initial cold of the AS satd. mother liquor to be reachieved by water withdrawal. Either an excess of this mother liquor results which is useful for other purposes or AS results as a solid by cooling down as described, or both can occur. The MAP hydrate is led away from the AS soln.

Manufacturing of Bioorganic-Augmented High Nitrogen Containing Inorganic Fertilizer

Номер: US20170088474A1
Автор: Burnham Jeffrey C.
Принадлежит:

The invention describes a new method for the production of high nitrogen organically-augmented inorganic fertilizer that incorporates municipal biosolids or organic sludges that can compete with traditional fertilizers such as ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate and urea on the commodity fertilizer marketplace. The method creates a thixotropic paste-like material from the biosolids or organic sludge that is blended with hot or molten ammonium salts, especially a mixture of ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate. The invention can be an add-on to commercial production of ammonium salts or it can stand alone by manufacturing ammonium salts prior to their introduction to the conditioned biosolids. The invention is oriented to be tailored to production facilities for individual municipal waste treatment plants in order to keep manufacturing plants small with a minimization of logistics and liability. 1. A method of manufacturing a fertilizer comprising: mixing an organic sludge with a force sufficient to produce a thixotropic paste; acidifying the thixotropic paste with an acid to produce an acidic paste; obtaining a high temperature , inorganic fertilizer melt comprised of ammonium salts; blending the melt with the acidic paste while maintaining a temperate over 85° C.; mixing a pH control agent and a hardening agent with the acidic paste; and removing water to form a fertilizer.2. The present invention provides a new fertilizer comprising a nitrogen source, a phosphate source, and an organic potassium source selected from the group consisting of potassium acetate, potassium formate, potassium citrate, potassium succinate, potassium propionate, animal manure, and combinations thereof. The fertilizer has a neutral to slightly alkaline pH, relatively lower salt index and potentially lower phytotoxicity damage compared to other sources of potassium for fertilizer products. The fertilizer composition may further comprise additives such as sulfur, zinc, boron, calcium, manganese, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, or a combination thereof. 1. A fertilizer composition comprising a nitrogen source , a phosphate source , and an organic potassium source , wherein the organic potassium source is selected from the group consisting of potassium phosphate , organic sources of potassium , animal manure , carboxylic acid salts of potassium , potassium silicate and combinations thereof , and wherein the nitrogen source provides from 0.0% to 20% available nitrogen in the final composition , and the phosphate source provides from 0% to 25% available phosphate in the form of PO , and the potassium source provides from 1% to about 60% available potassium in the form of KO.2. The fertilizer composition of wherein the nitrogen source claim 1 , the phosphate source and the organic potassium source are essentially non-reactive with calcium ions or magnesium ions.3. The fertilizer composition of wherein the nitrogen source is selected from the group consisting of urea claim 1 , nitrate claim 1 , triazone urea claim 1 , ammonia claim 1 , ammonium salts claim 1 , ammonium hydroxide claim 1 , amino acids claim 1 , fish meal or extract claim 1 , compost extract claim 1 , kelp extract claim 1 , shrimp extract claim 1 , shellfish extract claim 1 , and combinations thereof.4. The fertilizer composition of wherein the phosphate source is selected from the group consisting of ...

A method for preparing a fertilizer using straws and prepared straw organic fertilizer; the method includes: composting straws, spraying a compositing microbial solution containing amino acids to start decomposition of straws, and adjusting humidity of a straw compost, times of spraying a solution of product nutrients, component of the solution to obtain an up-to-standard commercial straw organic fertilizer; and keeping the composting temperature about 70° C. for long time by adjusting the turning time of the straw compost and collocation time of spraying the solution. The method is based on rich organic matters and nutrients in straws, and need for organic fertilization by soil and the like, and by improving the nutrition condition and growing condition of microorganisms of the straw compost, crop straws are directly prepared into high-quality commercial organic fertilizer in short time, so crop straws are completely utilized, and high-quality commercial organic fertilizer product is provided for fertilization. 110-. (canceled)11. A method for directly preparing a fertilizer by using straws , comprising:(1) stacking the raw straws after shipping into a straw pile of 5 meters or higher in height; performing the first spray by spraying as pray solution directly on the straws, wherein the liquid volume in the first spray is controlled to such an extent that an aqueous solution flows out from the bottom of the pile; performing the second spray when the temperature of the pile reaches 70° C. and continues for 3-5 days; performing the third spray after 3-5 days of high temperature composting after the second spray; and spraying once every 3 to 5 days hereafter, so that a straw compost is prepared after 6-7 operations as such, wherein the liquid volume in the second and later sprays is controlled to such an extent that the water content in the pile reaches 55-60% , and no more aqueous solution flows out from the bottom of the pile;whereinthe solution in the first spray is ...
