A family of covalent kinetic stabilizer compounds that selectively and covalently react with the prominent plasma protein transthyretin in preference to more than 4000 other human plasma proteins is disclosed. A contemplated compound corresponds in structure to Formula I, below, where the various substituents are defined within, and reacts chemoselectively with one or two of four Lys-15 ε-amino groups within the transthyretin tetramer. The crystal structure confirms the binding orientation of the compound substructure and the conjugating amide bond. A covalent transthyretin kinetic stabilizer exhibits superior amyloid inhibition potency, compared to a non-covalent counterpart, and inhibits cytotoxicity associated with amyloidogenesis.

The disclosure relates to a method for improving the alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of a benzothiazole disperse dye, and belongs to the field of disperse dyes. In the disclosure, 4 kinds of diazo components and 8 kinds of coupling components are used in designing and synthesizing 28 thiazole heterocyclic azo disperse dyes, and the alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of the disperse dyes are improved. Structure confirmation is performed on the synthetic disperse dyes, and the alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and other dyeing properties of the disperse dyes are tested. According to the method for improving the alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of the benzothiazole disperse dye provided in the disclosure, a relationship between a dye structure and the alkali resistance and oxidation resistance is determined, the disperse dyes with excellent alkali resistance and oxidation resistance are obtained, and the dyeing performance is stable under a dyeing condition of 10 g/L of sodium hydroxide or 5 g/L of hydrogen peroxide. This kind of dyes can be applied to a one bath for bleaching and dyeing of polyester and cotton and a one bath for deweighting and dyeing of polyester, dyeing and finishing in a short process are achieved, and great ecological and economic benefits are obtained. 2. This invention relates to heterocyclic red azo colorants for seed treatment applications. The red azo colorants contain a heterocycle that includes one nitrogen atom and one sulfur atom and are free from electron-withdrawing groups on the heterocycle. Seeds for use in horticultural/agriculture applications that are coated with the heterocyclic azo colorants provide anti-counterfeiting properties to the coated seeds. A color change phenomenon is observed when the coated seeds are exposed to an acidic material, such as vinegar, and provides evidence of the authenticity of the coated seeds. The invention also relates to agricultural formulations containing the heterocyclic red azo colorants that can be used as an anti-counterfeit agents. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the agricultural formulation is present in the composition in an amount in the range from 95% to 99.999%.3. ALKYLENEOXY FUGITIVE TINTS AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING SAME ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fugitive tints are provided which are characterized by the formula: where R is an aromatic group containing from 6 to about 20 carbon atoms capable of imparting coloration to said compound when coupled to said 2-amino, 6-methoxy benzathiazole moiety; A is a linking moiety selected from the group consisting of N, O, S, and CO2; the alkylene moiety of the alkyleneoxy constituent contains from 2 to about 4 carbon atoms; n is an integer of from 2 to about 300; m is 1 when A is O, S, or CO2, and 2 when A is N; x is an integer of from 1 to about 5; and the product of n times m times x (n.m.x) is from 2 to about 400. Also provided is a process for preparing alkyleneoxy fugitive tints. This invention relates to fugitive tints. In one aspect it relates to fugitive tints containing the 2-amino, 6-methoxy benzathiazole moiety having improved heat stability, light stability, and fugitivity characteristics. In yet another aspect, it relates to a process for preparing such fugitive tints.

本发明属于化学合成技术领域,具体涉及一种苯并异噻唑杂环偶氮型染料及其制备方法。制备方法:将乙酸酐或苯甲酰氯与氨基萘酚二磺酸或氨基萘酚磺酸进行缩合反应,得到缩合产物;在冰盐浴条件下,将亚硝酸钠逐滴加入至浓硫酸中,搅拌后加热至全部溶解制得亚硝酰硫酸,冷却后逐渐加入3‑氨基‑5‑硝基苯并异噻唑,搅拌反应,得到3‑氨基‑5‑硝基苯并异噻唑重氮盐;将3‑氨基‑5‑硝基苯并异噻唑重氮盐逐渐滴入至缩合产物中,进行偶合反应,待反应完成后,分批加入乙酸盐固体盐析,抽滤,滤饼晾干得粗产物,粗产品经重新溶解后调节pH值,重新盐析,得苯并异噻唑杂环偶氮型染料。本发明的杂环偶氮型酸性染料,合成工艺简单,pH灵敏度高,选择性好,变色可逆。
