The grafted polyolefin is first made by heating a polyolefin and an unsaturated monomer. Further reaction of the live, grafted polyolefin with an olefin elastomer provides the graft composition. Grafting efficiency is boosted dramatically by the presence of the olefin elastomer and use of the additional reaction step. Tie-layer adhesives having graft compositions for bonding to metal substrates is disclosed. The graft compositions are made up of the reaction product of a live, grafted polyolefin and an olefin elastomer. An improved approach toward the electrostatic deposition of activatable adhesive formulations is disclosed. The activatable adhesive formulations are formed for transforming from a dry powder precursor layer to a precursor layer film. 1. A method for forming an adhesively bonded article , comprising the steps of:a) providing at least, one first article having at least one first surface;b) electrostatically delivering particles for forming a precursor layer to the at least one first surface, the particles including precursors for defining a latent curing polymeric material that exhibits adhesive characteristics upon curing wherein the particles of the precursor layer have an average size in the range of about 20 to about 300 microns, and the particles being characterized as a one component substantially solid precursor formulation that is substantially free of any solvent;c) physically transforming the particles of the precursor layer to form a substantially non-oriented fused precursor layer film that is tack-free and dry to the touch while on the at least one first surface and substantially entirely throughout the period to which it remains unexposed to a reaction activation condition and having a generally uniform thickness of less than about 0.3 mm;(d) applying at least one second substrate to contact at least a portion of the precursor layer film; and(e) subjecting the precursor layer film to a reaction activation condition to cause cross-linking and to define a cross-linked reaction product material that adhesively bonds the at least one first substrate with the at least one second substrate.2. A process comprises (i) providing an isocyanate component A that is a reaction product of an aliphatic polyisocyanate, an aromatic polyisocyanate, an aliphatic polyester polyol, and a polyether polyol; (ii) providing a polyol component B comprising an aliphatic polyester polyol and a polyether polyol; (iii) mixing A and B to form a solventless adhesive (SLA) composition component A and component B each comprises an aliphatic polyester polyol having a viscosity from 800 to 6000 mPa·s at 25° C. and a hydroxyl number from 60 to 180 mg KOH/g; the SLA composition has (a) an initial viscosity at 40° C. from 500 to 1600 mPa·s, (b) an increasing viscosity ratio from 100% to 112% of the initial viscosity after the SLA composition stands at 40° C. for 10 min, and (c) an end viscosity at 40° C. from 120% to 210% of the initial viscosity at 40 min after forming the SLA composition. 1. Two outer layers of a composite heat-resistant membrane are carved to have desired patterned holes; an inner layer is interposed between two outer layers to form a layered structure. The composite heat-resistant membrane is stuck onto the multilayer thin film sensor structure with the patterned holes aligned to an electric-conduction through-hole of the multilayer thin film sensor structure to form a filling region. A conductive glue is filled into the filling region. Sustained by the inner-layer heat-resistant membrane, the conductive glue protrudes from the patterned hole to cover a portion of the conductive metals on the surface of the multilayer thin film sensor structure. A two-component polyurethane composition made of a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, wherein the polyol component includes at least one reaction product of castor oil with ketone resins A1, at least one aliphatic triol A2, an aliphatic diol A3, and a polybutadiene polyol A4. The polyurethane composition has high strength and only a minor dependence of mechanical properties, especially of strength, on temperature, especially in the range from −60° C. to +60° C. A method of producing a flexible laminate and a flexible laminate produced by the method are provided. The method involves laminating flexible substrates with a urethane adhesive and allowing the urethane adhesive to cure. The urethane adhesive comprises at least one polyisocyanate, at least one polyfunctional curative, at least one metal based catalyst and a catalyst blocking agent. The catalyst blocking agent allows for improved control of the curing rate of the urethane adhesive in the flexible laminate. The curing rate of the urethane adhesive can be controlled with heat or actinic radiation or both. The method allows for faster and more economical production of flexible laminates. 1. A photocurable composition is curable by exposure to visible light, and comprises a free-radical polymerizable compound and a photoinitiating system, the photoinitiating system comprising a) a dye which is excitable by visible light and has a triplet energy form 150 kJ/mol to 250 kJ/mol, such as Eosin Yellow and Fluorescein, and b) an α-halogen carbonyl compound.
