A heat transfer process employing a compression system having at least one stage comprising successively a step of evaporation of a refrigerant , a compression step , a condensation step of said fluid at a temperature between 70° C. and 150° C. and an expansion step of said fluid , characterized in that the refrigerant comprises from 40 to 100 wt. % of 1 ,1 ,1 ,4 ,4 ,4-hexafluorobut-2-ene and from 0 to 10 wt. % of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of pentane , isopentane , and cyclopentane.2. The process as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the temperature is between 95 and 140° C.3. The process as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the refrigerant further comprises at least one compound selected from hydrofluorocarbons claim 1 , hydrocarbons claim 1 , (hydro)fluoroethers claim 1 , hydrochlorofluoropropenes claim 1 , hydrofluoropropenes claim 1 , ethers claim 1 , methyl formate claim 1 , and carbon dioxide.4. A composition comprising a binary azeotrope-like mixture consisting essentially of 1-chloro-3 ,3 ,3-trifluoropropene and a halogenated hydrocarbon selected from the group consisting of 1-chloropropane , 2-chloropropane , 1 ,1 ,1 ,3 ,3-pentafluorobutane , and trans-1 ,2-dichloroethylene , provided that if said halogenated hydrocarbon is trans-1 ,2-dichloroethylene and said 1-chloro-3 ,3 ,3-trifluoropropene is trans-1-chloro-3 ,3 ,3-trifluoropropene , then said azeotrope-like mixture has a boiling point of about 17° C. to about 19° C. at a pressure of about 14.7 psia±0.5 psi.2. Provided is a lubricating oil composition for round die rolling, which is obtained by blending a base oil with: (A) 0.5 to 40 mass % of a monoester having 13 to 48 carbon atoms (a-1) and/or 0.5 to 30 mass % of a fatty dicarboxylate having 13 to 34 carbon atoms (a-2) ; (B) 0.01 to 10 mass % of a thiadiazole compound; (C) 0.01 to 15 mass % of a thiophosphite; and (D) 0.01 to 5 mass % of a triazole compound. The lubricating oil composition for round die rolling shows excellent processing performance without using any chlorine-based compound, and is able to improve lubricity in a bearing to lengthen the life of the bearing.

A chemical composition of matter comprising a wax plasticizing agent (plasticizer) tributoxyethyl phosphate, a mixture of selected long chain fatty acids (preferably C 10 to C 22 ), and a mixture of selected low-surface tension surfactants, which when added in solution to crude oil or refined products has been shown to lower both the B.S. & W. (rag layer) and the coefficient of friction of crude oils and refined products. This chemical composition of matter is particularly useful as a wax liquefaction, dispersant, and solubilization agent for asphaltene and paraffins in crude oil and refined products. The reduction in the co-efficient of friction resulting from the addition of this product to crude oil will allow crude oil to pump through pipelines with a minimum amount of resistance due to friction (drag).

A method is provided that forms a solid film on a bearing component of a rolling bearing. A solution containing a fluorine compound and a lubricant having no functional group is allowed to adhere to the bearing component as a first liquid film (adhesion step). The adhering first liquid film is hardened to form the solid film on the bearing component. The rolling bearing including the bearing component with the solid film formed thereon is rotated. The step of hydrorefining a clarified oil is preferably performed under conditions of a hydrogen pressure of 5.0 to 20.0 MPa, a temperature of 280 to 400° C., a hydrogen oil ratio of 300 to 750 NL/L, and a space velocity of 0.3 to 2.0 h. According to the present invention, a highly aromatic base oil used for rubber processing, asphalt reclamation and the like, and a novel method for producing a highly aromatic base oil can be provided. 1. A method for producing a highly aromatic base oil comprising:hydrorefining a clarified oil to obtain a hydrorefined oil; andfractionation-treating and/or adsorption-treating the hydrorefined oil to obtain a highly aromatic base oil having an aromatic content of 50% by mass or more determined by a column chromatography analysis method, a content of benzo(a)pyrene of 1 ppm by mass or less, and a total content of the following aromatic compounds 1) to 8):1) benzo(a)pyrene,2) benzo(e)pyrene,3) benzo(a)anthracene,4) chrysene,5) benzo(b)fluoranthene,6) benzo(j)fluoranthene,7) benzo(k)fluoranthene, and8) dibenzo(a,h)anthracene of 10 ppm by mass or less.2. The invention comprises an additive for lubricating oils (see Group III), said additive being a compound obtained by the sulphurization or sulphurization and phosphorization of the unsaponifiable matter extracted from saponified wool grease, or a metal salt of such a sulphurized and phosphorized compound. The unsaponifiable matter may be sulphurized by heating with sulphur and the reaction may be assisted by adding a small amount of sulphur monochloride or sulphur dichloride. The sulphurized product may then be phosphorized by reacting it with a phosphorus compound, e.g. a phosphorus sulphide or halide and particularly phosphorus pentasulphide or sesquisulphide, e.g. by heating with either of the latter at 220 DEG to 250 DEG F. Alternatively, the unsaponifiable matter may be reacted with sulphur chlorides in oil or an inert solvent and the chlorine then replaced by sulphur, or phosphorus and sulphur, by reacting the product in a suitable solvent with sodium sulphide or polysulphide or the sodium salt of an organic dithiophosphoric acid. The sulphurization of the unsaponifiable material may be carried out in the presence of a vulcanization accelerator, e.g. mercaptobenzothiazole, benzothiazole disulphide, tetramethyl and tetraethyl thiuram disulphides or mixtures of these compounds with diphenyl guanidine. It is preferred to carry out the sulphurization in the presence of an aliphatic, alicyclic, or reduced heterocyclic secondary amine such as dicyclohexylamine, diethanolamine, or morpholine and the sulphurization is facilitated by carrying it out in the presence of mineral oil. The products may be freed from oil-insoluble impurities by dissolving in a suitable solvent such as petroleum ether, filtering, and then removing the solvent by distillation.
