Предлагается также впитывающее изделие, содержащее проницаемый для жидкости верхний слой, впитывающую сердцевину и непроницаемый для жидкости нижний слой, содержащий указанное нетканое полотно с нанесенной указанной композицией чернил. Нанесение чернил на нетканое полотно может быть осуществлено методом флексографии или методом струйной печати. A printing method , comprising:selecting an inkjet ink including a pigment; an electromagnetic radiation-absorbing active material; and', 'an aqueous or non-aqueous vehicle;, 'selecting an active agent, includinginkjet printing the inkjet ink and the active agent directly onto a textile fabric; andexposing the textile fabric having the ink and active agent thereon to electromagnetic radiation.2. The printing method as defined in claim 1 , further comprising warming the textile fabric having the ink and the active agent thereon at a temperature below a fixation temperature of the inkjet ink: i) before the exposing; or ii) concurrently with the exposing; or iii) both before and concurrently with the exposing.3. The printing method as defined in wherein the temperature at which the textile fabric is warmed ranges from about 60° C. to about 100° C.4. The printing method as defined in wherein the warming takes place for an amount of time ranging from about 0.1 seconds to about 30 seconds.5. An ink jet textile printing process comprising:pretreating fabric with a pretreatment agent for ink jet textile printing before printing ink on the fabric, the pretreatment agent comprising:at least water, a cationic polymer including polyallylamine series polymer, a surfactant, and polymer fine particles, whereinthe polymer fine particles are an acrylic polymer;the polymer fine particles have a glass transition temperature of −10° C. or less;the polymer fine particles have a mass-average molecular weight of 100000 or more;the polymer fine particles have an acid number of 50 mg KOH/g or less;then printing the ink on the fabric, the polymer fine particles contained in the ink have an acid number of 100 mg KOH/g or less, and the polymer fine particles contained in the ink contain alkyl (meth)acrylate or cyclic alkyl (meth)acrylate as a structural component,wherein the fabric is made of one kind of fiber or blended fiber of two or more selected from the group consisting of cotton, hemp, rayon fiber, acetate fiber, silk, nylon fiber, and polyester fiber.20. An ink set for textile printing is disclosed which includes a pretreatment liquid containing a metal salt, a water-dispersible resin (A), an organic solvent (B) having an SP value of 10 to 14 (cal/cm)and water, and an ink containing a pigment, a water-dispersible resin (C) having a glass transition point of 10° C. or higher, an organic solvent (D) and water. A method for producing a printed textile item is also disclosed. 1. An ink set for textile printing , comprising:{'sup': 3', '1/2, 'a pretreatment liquid containing a metal salt, a water-dispersible resin (A), an organic solvent (B) having an SP value of 10 to 14 (cal/cm)and water, and'}an ink containing a pigment, a water-dispersible resin (C) having a glass transition point of 10° C. or higher, an organic solvent (D) and water.2. The ink set for textile printing according to claim 1 , wherein a glass transition point of the water-dispersible resin (A) is 15° C. or higher.3. The ink set for textile printing according to claim 1 , wherein the SP value of the organic solvent (B) is no higher than an SP value of the organic solvent (D).4. The ink set for textile printing according to claim 1 , wherein an SP value of the organic solvent (D) is 14.5 (cal/cm)or higher.5. The ink set for textile printing according to claim 1 , wherein an amount of the organic solvent (B) is from 5 to 15% by mass relative to a total mass of the pretreatment liquid.6. A composition for dyeing fabrics consists of a dispersion of a pigment in an aqueous solution of a water-soluble heat-precipitable alkyl cellulose, to which may be added a small amount of a water-soluble salt such as a sulphate, phosphate or tartrate to lower the gelation temperature of the alkyl cellulose. A water-soluble thermosetting condensation product, many of which are specified, is preferably also present in the dispersion. The present invention relates to an aqueous thermosetting polyurethane compound for coating yarn and a method for manufacturing the coating yarn coated with the same. The compound for coating yarn includes an aqueous thermosetting urethane resin and has pores. The compound includes: 100 parts by weight of the aqueous thermosetting urethane resin; 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of a thickening agent; and 6-12 parts by weight of a processed lubricant. More specifically, the aqueous thermosetting polyurethane compound for coating yarn has the pores formed by using a foam mixer or a chemical foaming agent. The aqueous thermosetting polyurethane compound is prepared based on the aqueous thermosetting urethane resin. The compound is coated on the surface of yarn as a single layer or multiple layers to have excellent physical properties and provide low-density coating yarn.

一种家纺面料的数码印花方法

本发明公开了一种家纺面料的数码印花方法,包括如下步骤:(1)首先对面料进行前处理,然后烘干,在将烘干后的面料放入到喷墨印花机上;(2)喷墨印花处理,选用日本Seiken公司的数字印花系统Viscotecs,采用CIJ法喷墨技术,墨水在高压作用下通过直径为10-100μm的小喷嘴喷射向面料,(3)将喷墨印花处理的面料进行蒸化处理,蒸化时的蒸汽温度为102-103℃,时间为15min;(4)然后在进行水洗,先通过冷水洗三遍,再放入含有皂洗剂2g/l的60-70℃水中水洗,然后进行100℃下进行皂煮3-5min,再次清水洗净,最后进行柔软固色处理;(5)脱水、烘干处理即可。本发明加工出的面料印花具有高色牢度、图案清晰生动、色彩逼真等优点。
