Высокотемпературный способ отделения лигнина применяется при конверсии целлюлозы и сахаров из биомассы в другие органические соединения. Способ отделения лигнина от водной смеси, имеющей значение pH больше 3,5, включает стадии: a) нагревания смеси до температуры больше, чем критическая температура, в диапазоне от 45С до 98С, b) отделения твердого вещества лигнина от смеси при температуре отделения, которая равна критической температуре или превышает ее. Смесь получают из исходного сырья на основе биомассы, а стадии нагревания смеси предшествует стадия обработки водяным паром, проводимая для исходного сырья на основе биомассы. Pulp is delignified by forming a mixture of pulp and caustic, adding oxygen and feeding this oxygen-containing mixture to a first step reactor. The present invention provides a method and a system for preparing pulp for paper with grass straws as raw material. The method of the present invention includes the following steps: 1) adding water in raw material for pulping, performing a first enzymolysis with ligninolytic enzyme; 2) cooking the first enzymolysis product at 80-130° C.; 3) performing second enzymolysis with hemicellulase to the cooked product. A short delignification reaction occurs inside the mixing chamber. Delignified paper pulp fluid leaves the mixing chamber through at least one outlet of the mixing chamber. 2. The method of wherein said at least one inlet includes at least one gas inlet claim 1 , including directing said oxygen-containing gas through said at least one gas inlet into said mixing chamber.3. A feeder and conveyance system may include a high pressure feeder or direct pump system, and selectively provides fiber-containing material to the continuous digester when making lower grade pulp product and to the vertical pressure vessel when making higher grade pulp such as dissolving pulp. The vertical pressure vessel is used for pre-hydrolysis and neutralization, after which the resulting pulp is fed to the continuous digester for cooking. White liquor and black liquor from the same mill may be used for the neutralization fluids. The same continuous digester is selectively used for cooking in connection with making pulp products of different grades or quality.

The recovered paper pulp fraction and substantially fiber-free recoverable/recyclable plastics and metals may be further separated and used as feedstock in a variety of subsequent processes.

A method and apparatus for filling a treatment vessel, such as a digestor, with fiber material and liquid. A chips-liquid mixture from a pretreatment vessel is fed through a conventional feeding valve to a treatment vessel while the chips-liquid mixture is being acted on by other means in the feeding valve. The feeding valve includes a rotor having a number of pockets extending therethrough, and a plurality of inlets and outlets arranged around the periphery of the valve for communication with the pockets thereof. In a first position of the valve chips-liquid mixture is fed into a pocket, and a portion of the liquid is strained off, then the valve rotates to a second position wherein a quantity of the liquid is displaced by gas or steam while the chips are maintained in the pocket, and then the valve rotates to a third position wherein the chips in the pocket are discharged into the treatment vessel. After discharge of the chips into the treatment vessel the valve rotates to a fourth position wherein the steam in the pocket is discharged to a pretreatment vessel and the pocket is filled with liquid so that it is filled with liquid when it is rotated back to its first position.

The biomass (2) is then thermally treated in the pressurized prehydrolysis reactor unit (8), discharged from the pressurized prehydrolysis reactor unit (8) afterwards and treated with an enzyme subsequently.
