The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for manufacturing a fib re product. The method and the process are characterised in that a first male mould (6) is immersed in stock in a moulding tank (2a). By means of a vacuum , fibres are induced to form a fibre layer of predetermined thickness on the male mould (6). The male mould (6) is thereafter removed from the moulding tank (2a) and a female mould (8) is brought under force against the male mou ld (6) in order to express the stock water, following which the fibre product ( P) is transferred to the female mould (8). A second male mould (10) is brought under force against the female mould (8) so that the fibre product is subjected to pressing in order to increase the dry solids content of the fib re product and give this a predetermined external structure, following which th e fibre product (P) is released and subjected to final drying under the effect of microwave or IR radiation.

A process for manufacturing fiber boards and similar wood-based products from a lignocellulosic raw material having a moisture content of at least 10 wt.%. According to the process, an aqueous fraction is separated from the fibres of the raw material, which fraction later is recycled to the process in order to form at least a part of the agent used for binding the fibres. Before mixing with the fibres, the aqueous effluent is concentrated and enzymatically oxidized in the presence of oxygen in order to polymerize the solubilized wood material and in order to increase its concentration. Lignin can be added to the water solubilized wood material or the solubilized wood material can be added to the fibres together with another binder. Eventually, the mixture is formed into a board and hardened.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing a food packaging container

This invention relates to a method of manufacturing a food packaging container 10, an apparatus for manufacturing a food packaging container and a food packaging container 10 produced according to the method. To manufacture the food packaging container, a two-stage moulding process is utilised. In particular, following the introduction of a water-based sugar cane pulp solution to a moulding chamber, the water is then extracted (e.g. under vacuum) from the sugar cane pulp solution through a meshed first tooling head which defines an approximate profile of the food packaging container. Subsequently, the sugar cane pulp profile obtained is then transferred to a second tooling head and appropriate pressure and heat are applied. The water-based sugar cane may be rolled and compressed to form a lid. After transferring food into the container, the latter and the lid may be aligned and heat and pressure applied to form a peelable lid. The resulting container is, entirely, biodegradable and compostable.

The whole of the cup lid is made of paper pulp, meaning the reuse of recycled resources can be achieved, no separation of recycling is needed when used as a complete set with a paper cup, and the paper pulp cup lid can naturally decompose in nature without polluting the environment, achieving an environmentally friendly effect. An endless conveyer (13) made up of porous sections is entrained around rotatable drums (15a, 15b, 15c) which dip into vats (19a, 19b, 19c) containing pulp stock. A porous fabric of, e.g. Fourdrinier wire, covers the conveyer sections and porous dies (23) overly the fabric. As the drums rotate the dies are carried through the stock in each of the three vats and pulp is drawn on to the dies and fabric by suction connected to the drums, whereby a continuous 3-ply pulp web incorporating moulded pulp articles is formed. This is then conveyed over a vacuum plate (63), and possibly pressed by rolls (66) to remove moisture, and then to through drying means to the cutting means where the individual articles are severed from the web. The web may be lifted from the porous fabric by compressed air.

A fiberboard manufacturing method comprising:a first step of beating in a gap between opposed blades pulp dispersed in water to thereby produce a plant-based fiber material that has a particle size D50 of 50 to 110 μm and a freeness value of 150 to 300 ml and that contains an adhesive component;a second step of forming a mat from the plant-based fiber material; anda third step of hot-pressing the mat to form a fiberboard from the mat through a process of plasticizing the adhesive component is the mat.2. The fiberboard manufacturing method according to claim 1 , wherein a water retention rate of the plant-based fiber material that is produced in the first step is 2000% or less.3. The fiberboard manufacturing method according to claim 1 , wherein a particle size D90 of the plant-based fiber material that is produced in the first step is 300 to 700 μm.4. The fiberboard manufacturing method according to claim 1 , wherein claim 1 , in the first step claim 1 , the plant-based fiber material is produced by beating pulp having a lignin content ratio of 18 to 35 mass %.5. 本发明公开了一种纸浆模塑包装制品自动化生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、打浆制浆:将废旧报纸及旧箱纸板通过制浆机打碎分解,并加水稀释,纸浆浓度为4‑6%,之后加入粘合剂及助剂;S2、纸模坯体成型:通过成型机把带有滤网的成型模移入浆槽液面之下,通过真空抽吸,吸附一定绝干质量的浆料到成型网上,待成型之后再进行脱模;S3、坯体制品干燥:通过隧道烘干机将纸模制品进行烘干,烘干温度为200‑250℃,烘干时间为15‑25min;S4、热压整形:通过热压整形机利用加热模压原理,对产品整型处理,热压模温度为150‑200℃;S5、防潮处理:在纸模制品外表面喷涂防潮上光剂。本发明具备防水性优良且强度较高的优点。

In a precision moulding or finishing machine operating in continuous motion to form fully finished products from materials such as wood pulp, an improved system for transferring a preform into a transfer mould and thence into precision mating with a finishing mould in a pressing operation suitable for manufacturing products such as bowls, cups, pots and boxes, the preform remaining in one pair of moulds throughout the pressing operation. Transfer mould assemblies are transferred sequentially from one transporting carrier to another for fully rotatable mounting on releasable mounts guided precisely through a preferred endless travel path and orientation program. The concept of a releasably mounted and freely transferable transfer mould assembly provides for the addition of such functions as printing and labelling in the same continuous production line.

A process for prodn. of tubes from paper entails the following steps (i) known, material prepn. is via dissolver (1), refiner (2) and pulp holding vat (3); (ii) a container (6) is filled from the vat with a strained batch of pulp (4) into which is dipped a strainer piece (7) of external shape approximating to the negative mould of the required tube (22); and (iii) a pulp layer (9) is built up on the strainer piece exterior by an internally connected suction pump and conduit (8) to form an intermediate moist, rough shape (10) of the tube on its withdrawal. Also claimed is a produced tube.
