Modular floor tiles include a first surface configured to receive weight. The first surface is supported by primary walls interior to and extending the full height of the tiles, and which may be intersecting to form a grid. Secondary walls of a lesser height support the primary walls, may be non-linear such as circular, and may support either side of vertices of intersecting primary walls. Joining members and corresponding receivers in the sides of tiles are dimensioned to engage one another from adjacent tiles to join the tiles and restrict lateral movement. Fastener(s) in each tile are associated with slots and may be selectively moved between unlocked and locked positions to restrict vertical movement. Some embodiments include cable channels with corresponding cover plates, and inclined portions providing ramps. A substrate supports the floor, and planks are adhered to the substrate by a film sandwich, which can have an impermeable film and adhesive on both sides. A prefabricated integrated access deck panel includes a bottom flange, one or more structural webs, and an optional top flange. The bottom flange acts as a ceiling soffit, and may include radiant tubing for heating or cooling. A floor assembly for a decking or like structure, the assembly comprising: a plurality of elongate preformed planks arranged parallel and adjacent to each other to form a floor; and, for each adjacent pair of planks a preformed connecting block provided with complementary mating components, wherein the planks comprise a depending portion having mating components shaped to mate with the complementary mating components when a connecting block is assembled between each pair of adjacent planks on a supporting structure to form a stable floor. 1. A floor assembly for a decking or like structure , the assembly comprising:a plurality of elongate preformed planks arranged parallel and adjacent to each other to form a floor; and,for each adjacent pair of planks a preformed connecting block provided with complementary mating components,wherein the planks comprise a depending portion having mating components shaped to mate with the complementary mating components when a connecting block is assembled between each pair of adjacent planks on a supporting structure to form a stable floor.2. The floor assembly for a decking or like structure according to claim 1 , wherein the planks and connecting blocks comprise glass reinforced concrete (GRC).3. A deck drainage system includes a plurality of hanger clips. Each hanger clip may have a plurality of mounting holes configured to fasten the hanger clip to a support at selected elevations. A soffit may be mounted to the hanger clips without fasteners and located completely below the deck, such that not every hanger clip directly contacts the soffit. A slope of the soffit may be selected by mounting at least two of the hanger clips to the support at different vertical elevations. The system for removably securing slats juxtaposed to form a deck, for example for a terrace, includes fasteners disposed in rows on level floor or joist or beam structure supports oriented perpendicular to the axis of the slats. An apparatus and methods lock together pavers on a roof deck to reduce uplift pressure and increase stability and strength in a variety of environmental conditions. More specifically, a paver lock apparatus is placed in grooves on the top side of a multiple of pavers and locked to a stationary object, such as the roof or a pedestal placed on the roof underneath the deck. Roof pavers are manufactured with grooves on the paver surface to hold the paver lock apparatus. The pavers are loose laid on paver pedestals and the paver lock apparatus is laid into the grooves of multiple adjacent pavers and locked into place by connecting the paver lock apparatus to the paver pedestal.

The deck may be constructed in one configuration where each of the dual-sided deck planks has the distressed surface facing upward and exposed.
