The invention relates to a process for manufacturing composite plastic sheeting, and comprises the following phases: the formation of a first particular layer, for example a wearing surface, by dusting (9) a special resin onto the surface of a mobile support (7); and the formation of at least a second particular layer (11, 12) on top of the first particular layer, thereby forming a preform of a multilayered composite structure. Pressure and heat are applied to the preform to fuse the particles. The invention is characterized by the fact that the heat and pressure application phase consists in continuously pressing the preform flat at a temperature of approximately 150 ‹C to approximately 200 ‹C and a pressure of approximately 0.5 to approximately 20 bar, so that the preform is transformed into a multilayered composite sheet with no substantial creep from one layer into the other.

A composite floor comprises a coextrusion layer compression moulded using a coextrusion process. The layer comprises a first stone-plastic layer, a stone-plastic foaming layer, and a second stone-plastic layer sequentially arranged from top to bottom. More specifically, the invention relates to a process for chemical removal of mastic, putty and/or paste material from a flooring surface. Floor panels are provided with a mechanical locking system including a flexible locking element in a locking groove which during a horizontal motion is displaced vertically. A panel system including a plurality of rectangular panels with long and short edges which are mechanically connectable to each other along at least one pair of adjacent edges, said panels each being provided with a tongue and groove formed in one piece with the panels for mechanically locking together said adjacent edges at right angles to the principal plane of the panels, thereby forming a vertical mechanical connection between the panels, said panels being provided with a first locking element at one first edge formed in one piece with the panel and a locking groove at an opposite second edge, the locking groove being open towards a rear side or a front side of the panel. 1. The present invention relates to a flooring material formed by sequentially accumulating a surface layer film, a printing layer and a back layer sheet. The surface layer film includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) having a Shore hardness of 40-80 D, a softening point of 100-150° C., and a light transmittance of greater than or equal to 90%. The back layer sheet includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (B) having a Shore hardness of 40-80 D and a softening point of 100-150° C. 1. An environment-friendly flooring material formed by sequentially stacking a surface layer film , a printing layer , and a back layer sheet from an upper part ,wherein the surface layer film includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) having a Shore hardness of 40 D to 80 D, a softening point of 100° C. to 150° C., and a light transmittance of 90% or more, andthe back layer sheet includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (B) having a Shore hardness of 40 D to 80 D and a softening point of 100° C. to 150° C.2.
