Prefabricated panel 10 has two adjacent upper plates 11a and 11b, and two adjacent lower plates 12a and 12b. There is at least one central joining member 20 between an upper and a lower plate and there is a core 13a and 13b between the upper and lower plates. Preferably the central joining members secure the plates relative to each other by welding 24 and 26. One central joining member may be an I beam. One joining member can be joined to another or spaced apart from it. The panels can be bent around an edge member or bend towards each other and overlap at the edge. Preferably there are inserts near the edges to support bolts for attachment to other structures. The core may be plastic and contain hollow inserts 15 which do not tessellate. The panel is usable on a building floor. A manufacturing method is also disclosed.

The purpose is to provide locked abutting joint connections for slab or panel-type building elements without separate connecting elements. Towards the end of one element (1) there is a rounded channel (4) open to the out side surface (6), succeeded by an edge bar strip (3), and with a stop strip (5) projecting part of the way across it opposite this strip. The fitting end of the next element (2) is in a shape corresponding to this configuration for form-locking engagement in the channel. This form of joint may be used for the edges of two rectangular hard foam plastic insulating panels. The channel radius may be half the thickness of the element. Pressure and tension stresses can be accommodated, as well as transverse stresses in any direction.

Provided are a flooring material and a rotational body used therewith which are adapted to improve quality reliability in flooring materials by stably providing not only a fastening force in the horizontal direction but also a fastening force in the vertical direction when flooring panels are assembled with each other, thereby facilitating assembly of the flooring panels and strengthening the joining force due to assembly. To this end, the flooring material according to one embodiment of the present invention is a flooring material formed by assembling a plurality of flooring panels together, comprising: a recessed part which is formed at one end of a flooring panel; a tongue part which is formed so as to assemble in the recessed part at one end of another flooring panel; an accommodating recess which is formed in the recessed part; and a rotational body which is accommodated so as to be able to rotate in the accommodating recess and secures the tongue part by being rotated in one direction when the tongue part is assembled in the recessed part, and releases the tongue part from the secured state by being rotated in the opposite direction when the tongue part is separated from the recessed part.

The method may involve providing the paper layer with an inkjet receiver coating by transporting the paper layer relative to a coater in a coating direction. The coated paper layer may be provided with at least a portion of the printed pattern using a digital inkjet printer that includes a housing containing print heads. Improvements in interlocking cushioned tiles from crumb rubber for the bulk of the tile to be made from recycled tire rubber with virgin material at interlocking areas of the tiles is disclosed. The use of recycled rubber reduces the amount of material in landfills. The density and size of the crumbs is variable to alter the amount of cushion for the tiles. Virgin material bonds easily together and the bonded virgin material has high integrity to keep the interlocking keyed elements together.
