The opening is defined by a pair of side posts having respective front surface and a top and bottom sill. The front surfaces of the side posts define a sealing surface lying in a common vertical sealing plane with respective sealing surfaces of the top and bottom sill. The door is slidable on rails between an open position and a closed position across the opening. Pivotal mounting members mount the door on the rails for movement of the door in the closed position transversely to the rails and inwardly toward the opening from an outer sliding position to an inner sealed position. The door includes two side beams, a top beam and a bottom beam, each having a surface within a common plane for sealing with the respective sealing surface in the common vertical sealing plane of the opening.

A supporting mechanism for a wardrobe that achieves coplanar sliding doors. The supporting mechanism comprises an upper support 110 from which a door (95, fig.1) is hung, and a lower support. The invention relates to a covering device for a tool deposition station. The covering device includes a covering as well as a mechanism for moving the covering. The mechanism for moving the covering includes a rail and a first driver which is guided by the rail. The first driver is displaceable along the rail and is connected to the covering. The covering device can be brought into an opened position by way of a displacing of the first driver along the rail in a first direction and the covering device can be brought into a covered position by way of a displacing the first driver along the rail in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction. The mechanism is configured such that the displacing of the first driver effects at least a partial translatory movement of the covering.

Therefore, when the window apparatus is to be opened, the moving unit is spaced apart from the fixating unit before being moved in a direction in parallel with the fixating unit, whereas the moving unit is inserted into the fixating unit when the window apparatus is to be closed. A cam is mounted to a first end and a second cam is mounted to a second end of at least one vertical shaft and each cam is coupled to one guide of the plurality of guides, the cams are substantially coaxial and are parallel to a vertical axis of the shaft, each cam is mounted respectively to the guides wherein the vertical axis of the cams are off set in respect to the vertical axis of the shaft such that the shaft is arranged to rotate about the vertical axis of the cam, a first rotation of the shaft forces the door into the opening and a second rotation of the shaft forces the door away from the opening while the guides remain on the rail system, the shaft is driven by a rotation device of the securing mechanism, the rotation device pivots about a generally vertical axis such that a drive mechanism which extends outwardly substantially perpendicular to the axis of the rotation device and is coupled to the shaft.

The connection between the upper and lower elements (6; 9) and the door (2) is obtained by means of articulated arms (61, 62; 91, 92) which, thanks to their pantograph-like movement, allow the displacement of the door (2) in relation to the sliding plane on the front of the closet when a force stresses the door orthogonally to the longitudinal sliding direction, while sliding elements (64; 84, 85) which are present on the upper element (6) and on the lower element (9) and which match the tracks (7; 10) allow the longitudinal displacement of the door (2) in the front of the closet when a force stresses it in that direction. An elastic telescopic element (58) connected with the upper element (6) of the hardware set (1) and with the door (2), which is pre-loaded during the opening of the door (2) causes the return of the door to its coplanar position because of its elastic reaction.
