The pivot assembly includes a biasing system adapted to bias the valve plate to the closed position and a fusible link interconnected between the body and the biasing system to constrain the valve plate from moving from the open position to the closed position. The fusible link is configured to melt at a predetermined temperature to thereby allow the biasing system to move the valve plate to the closed position.

The opening apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a force measuring device is accommodated in the opening apparatus such a that a movement of a gear mechanism carrier is detected.3. A dampened hinge assembly has a male leaf and a female leaf. The female leaf has spaced apart first and second end barrels coaxially rotating with respect to a central barrel of the male leaf therebetween. An axial shaft is fixed to the second end barrel of the female leaf at a proximal end of the axial shaft. The axial shaft has a distal helicoidally threaded spindle. A compression gear having a helicoidally threaded bore matching the helicoidal thread of the spindle displaces towards the first end barrel when the leaves move into alignment and towards the second end barrel when the leaves move out of alignment. The present invention provides a drive unit and a method for attaching the same with which it is possible to improve the ease of attaching the drive unit to an attachment object. A limiting member is configured so as to limit the rotation of a drum when a lock member has fixed a pulley in a first position, and to allow rotation of the drum when a coil spring has caused the pulley to move to a second position. This makes it possible to prevent rotation of the drum in the state (vehicle mounting preparation state) before attaching the drive unit to a vehicle body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a pair of cables from loosening inside a drum housing and catching on other constituent components. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the ease of attaching the drive unit to a vehicle body.

An encasement for a mobile computer , comprising:an external casing in a clamshell form factor, the external casing comprising a base, a secondary display chassis hingedly connected to the base at a secondary hinge, and a primary display chassis hingedly connected to the secondary display chassis at a primary hinge;a current driver circuit to selectively apply an electrical current; anda one-way roller clutch disposed on the secondary hinge, the a one-way roller clutch comprising a shape memory alloy (SMA) spring in opposition to a compression spring of the one-way roller clutch, wherein the SMA spring is electrically connected to the current driver circuit and receives therefrom the electrical current, wherein the one-way roller clutch and SMA spring together freely permit upward rotation, bias against downward rotation when the electrical current is absent, and permit downward rotation when the electrical current is present.22. The encasement of claim 21 , further comprising:an accidental trigger prevention (ATP) mechanism to remove the electrical current in absence of sufficient minimal user hand-activated inputs.23.
