A header assembly for a movable partition includes an overhead track and a header pan. The header pan is configured to extend from the overhead track to an adjoining structure. The header pan, the overhead track, or a combination of both may form a fire-resistant barrier extending from a wall of the adjoining structure to an opposing wall of the adjoining structure. Movable partition systems may include header assemblies. Methods of forming header assemblies include positioning a header pan proximate to an overhead track and extending the header pan between a first wall and a second wall to at least substantially occlude a section of space therebetween. Methods of installing a movable partition include securing an overhead track to an overhead support structure, securing a retainer clip to an adjoining structure, extending a header pan from the overhead track to the retainer clip, and suspending a partition from the track.

The female leaf has spaced apart first and second end barrels coaxially rotating with respect to a central barrel of the male leaf therebetween. In a window regulator, and a method of producing the same, which moves a slider base along a guide rail via wires in accordance with rotation of a drum, includes a fitting portion having a first protrusion and a second protrusion provided on a drum housing which supports the drum, wherein the first protrusion protrudes from an abutting surface of the drum housing with which an end surface of the guide rail can come into contact and wherein the second protrusion protrudes from the abutting surface by a smaller amount of protrusion than that of the first protrusion, and the drum housing and the guide rail are joined by restricting movement of the guide rail in the thickness direction thereof by inserting the guide rail in between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. A spiral balance device for sash windows has a pipe inside of which extends a spiral rod having a screw section. A lower end of the spiral rod extends through a slot in a coupling rotatably disposed inside the lower end of the pipe and projects from the lower end of the pipe. A torsion spring has an upper end fixed near the upper end of the pipe and a lower end fixed to the coupling. A fixing member is fixed within the upper end of the pipe, and an adjustment member rotatably disposed below the fixing member engages with the upper end of the spiral rod. A ratchet mechanism disposed between the fixing member and adjustment member allows rotation of the adjustment member in a direction of winding the torsion spring and prevents rotation of the adjustment member in a direction of unwinding the torsion spring.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of lock, especially to the lock device for locking the sliding door. The lock device comprises a first lock portion and a transmission portion. The transmission portion may move along relative to the first lock portion a predetermined path, so that the transmission portion may bring the sliding door to move along the predetermined path to open or close the sliding door. The transmission portion has a plurality of successively arranged mating portions for locking with the first lock portion. The first lock portion has a first position in which the first lock portion is locked with the transmission portion and a second position in which the first lock portion is released from the transmission portion. The transmission portion may be locked in different positions along the predetermined path by matching the first lock portion () with different mating portions, so that the sliding door can be locked in different positions. In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a head unit of a movable barrier operator is provided including a motor for moving a movable barrier and a first circuit board operable to provide power to the motor. The head unit includes a fire-resistant container that contains the first circuit board. This permits the electrical components of the head unit that utilize higher voltage, such as 120 volts, to be provided on the first circuit board and contained in the fire-resistant container. The head unit further includes a second circuit board outside of the fire-resistant container and operably coupled to the first circuit board. Because the second circuit board is outside of the fire-resistant container, the second circuit board may contain electrical components of the head unit that operate at lower voltages, such as at or below 24 volts.
