A retractable safety gate has a mesh fabric, a retracting mechanism connected with a first side of the mesh fabric, and a fastening mechanism connected with a second side of the mesh fabric. The retracting mechanism includes a bottom bracket, a fastening bracket, a first mounting tube, a locking assembly, and an energy storage assembly. The first mounting tube is rotatably mounted in the bottom bracket and the fastening bracket. The mesh fabric is wound around the first mounting tube. A fabric fire rated door is described. The door utilizes a fire resistant fabric curtain with an end lock attachment. A tubular steel shaft is driven by an internal tube motor. The shaft is supported to minimize deflection. Single door shafts can also be joined together with a coupler shaft to create infinitely wide doors. The coupler shaft is spring loaded to act as a take up reel for a coupling curtain which will overlap each adjacent single door shaft. All curtains are attached to the same bottom bar. A hood covers the shaft, curtain, and the supports that run across the width of the door. The curtain travels over these horizontal supports as it drops down through the hood opening. A self-adjusting retractable screen with an adjustable bottom bar assembly is disclosed herein. The adjustable bar assembly comprises a bottom bar assembly, an adjustable arm assembly, and a pivot assembly. The adjustable arm assembly is pivotally engaged with the bottom bar assembly via the pivot assembly, which is disposed in the horizontal center of both the bottom bar assembly and the adjustable arm assembly. During the deployment of the retractable screen, while the bottom bar assembly remains level, one side of the adjustable arm assembly can pivot upwards when the side first contacts a high point of an uneven surface, i.e., floor. When the screen retracts with the adjustable bottom bar assembly off the uneven surface, the adjust arm assembly has means to return itself to a level position.

High speed roll up door

An improvement in the insulation of the rapid rolling type doors has an insulation piece positioned longitudinally on the stems to enable the door to operate well by providing the removal of accumulated air in the curtain system from the stems during up and down movement of the door and thereby preventing icing in the stems. Ventilation holes provide the discharge of the compressed air. A hole shutter curtain is provided wherein one side is fixed on the curtain and the other side is free and which overlies the ventilation holes by acting as a skirt when downward movement of the door is completed and prevents heat transfer.

Rolladen-Endstab als Anschlag und zum Verschluß dessen Austrittsöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endstab (1) zwei formengleiche Anschlagschenkel (2) besitzt, die jeweils mit einem etwa halbkreisförmigen Gelenkprofil (2a) in eine etwa formengleiche Gelenkpfanne (1a) innerhalb des mit einer Auskröpfung (1b) ausgebildeten Endstabes (1) eingreift und daß die Anschlagschenkel (2) aus ihrer horizontalen Grundstellung heraus durch drehbare Aufwärtsbewegung bis zum Winkel von 90 Grad in vertikale Stellung aufgerichtet werden können. DOLLAR A Die Primärfunktion der beiden Seitenschenkel besteht darin, daß die Rolladenaustrittsöffnung hermetisch abgeschlossen ist, wodurch eine wesentlich verbesserte Schall- und Wärmedämmung erzielt wird. Die Sekundärfunktion besteht darin, daß durch das nach oben senkrechte Abklappen der Schenkel, der Anschlag zwischen Rolladenkasten und Fenster entriegelt wird, damit der Rolladen zu Wartungszwecken herausnehmbar ist.
