本发明公开了一种过滤内燃机车柴油机增压器用空气的装置,增压器进气口前安装有三级过滤层,第一级为过滤网,第二级为惯性过滤器,第三级为袋式滤清器;过滤网后的惯性过滤器根据进气流量设置数个旋风筒,每个旋风筒包括外筒和内筒,外筒入口处设有固定的旋风叶片,内筒的入口设置于外筒的后部,袋式滤清器通过压紧杆固定在通风口上。本发明可以减小整个进气风道的阻力。在进气流量一定的情况下,精滤元件的相对成本低,过滤效率高,原始阻力低,容尘量高,延长柴油机运行寿命。
