The pumping element(s) are magnetically driven by magnetically coupling an external magnet driver (e.g., a stator) to a driven magnet located in the housing. A control circuit selectively operates the stator and a heat-producing element, so as to energize the heat-producing element especially in a potential freezing condition when the pump is not being otherwise operated. Thus, the fluid in the pump is prevented from freezing, and freeze-related pump damage is avoided. The heat-producing element can be the stator itself energized differently from when the stator is used for driving the pump.

A delivery unit is already known, which comprises a drive shaft and a rotor driven by the drive shaft. The rotor is rotatably arranged in a stator housing, wherein the rotor has a toothing on the end face of said rotor that is remote from the drive shaft, wherein said toothing meshes with a toothing constructed on the stator housing. The drive shaft comprises an oblique sliding plane interacting with the rotor and which is constructed on a shoulder of the drive shaft and allows the rotor to gyrate with the rotor axis thereof about the drive axis of the drive shaft. Work spaces are formed between the toothing of the rotor and the toothing of the stator housing, wherein said work spaces can be filled via an inlet and emptied via an outlet. In one embodiment the fluid is admitted axially and discharged radially, and in the other embodiment the fluid is admitted and discharged axially. For that purpose, control valves in the form of non-return valves are required. The non-return valves cause additional internal leakages, resulting in a reduction in the volumetric efficiency of the pump. The valves are additional parts, which are associated with additional costs and an increased risk of failure. In the delivery unit according to the invention the control valves can be dispensed with. According to the invention the inlet ( 15 ) is provided in a channel ( 20 ) of the drive shaft ( 2 ) and the outlet ( 16 ) is provided at the shoulder ( 6 ) of the drive shaft ( 2 ).

The double-screw liquid pump includes a semi-sealed or fully sealed shell, and the shell includes a first cavity and a second cavity isolated from each other. A motor is disposed in the first cavity, and a main body part of a double-screw is disposed in the second cavity. At least one rotor of the double-screw is fixedly connected to a rotor of the motor, and the double-screw rotates through driving of the motor. A liquid refrigerant injection inlet and a refrigerant outlet are disposed on the first cavity, and the motor is cooled through evaporation of a liquid refrigerant; a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are disposed on the second cavity. In the double-screw liquid pump applied to the ORC provided in the present invention, since a resistance torque of the female rotor is very small, the liquid pump does not wear even when the liquid viscosity is very low, contributing to good reliability, and thereby improving power generation efficiency of the ORC. In addition, the semi-sealed or fully sealed shell can effectively prevent leakage of the refrigerant.

Provided is a gas compressor: having a compressor main body compressing a gas, a drive source driving the compressor main body, a controller controlling the rotation speed of the drive source according to the discharge pressure of the compressor main body, and a temperature detector detecting the temperature of a discharge gas of the compressor main body; and performing no-load operation with the rotation speed of the drive source as a lower limit rotation speed when the discharge pressure reaches an upper limit pressure higher than a set pressure. When detecting that the temperature detected by the temperature detector is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature during the no-load operation, the controller causes the lower limit rotation speed of the drive source to a lower limit rotation speed at which the temperature of the discharge gas is higher than the predetermined temperature and which is higher than a lower limit rotation speed when the detected temperature is higher than the predetermined temperature.

The rotor is attached to a motor that rotates it in first and second directions and is located in a cavity. The plurality of vanes are each pivotally coupled to the rotor so as the rotor rotates, the vanes selectively push fluid from an inlet port out through an outlet port. A mud motor and a drill string having the mud motor. The mud motor includes a stator and a rotor. A lining between the stator and the rotor includes fibers forming a fiber pattern. The lining is a coating of at least one of a lobed inner surface of the stator and a lobed outer surface of the rotor. 1. A mud motor , comprising:a stator;a rotor; anda lining between the stator and the rotor, the lining including fibers forming a fiber pattern.2. The mud motor of claim 1 , wherein the lining is a coating of at least one of a lobed inner surface of the stator and a lobed outer surface of the rotor.3. The mud motor of claim 2 , wherein the lining is adhered by at least one of: (i) an adhesive; (ii) a sintering process; (iii) a soldering process; (iv) a welding process; and (v) a brazing process.4. The mud motor of claim 1 , wherein the fiber pattern further comprises one of: (i) a felt pattern; (ii) a web pattern; (iii) a mesh pattern; and (iv) a brush pattern.5. The mud motor of claim 1 , wherein a material of the fibers includes at least one of: (i) nickel; (ii) nickel alloy; (iii) stainless steel; (iv) low alloy steel; (v) copper; (vi) copper alloy; (vii) carbon fiber; (viii) glass fiber; and (ix) polymeric fiber.6. The mud motor of claim 1 , wherein the fiber pattern includes a gap between the fibers.7. The mud motor of claim 6 , further comprising a secondary material in the gap claim 6 , the secondary material being at least one of: (i) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE); (ii) polyether ether ketone (PEEK); (iii) a polymer; and (iv) an elastomer.8.
