The present disclosure relates to a disc brake having an electromechanical actuator for vehicles, in particular for utility vehicles, comprising a brake disc, a brake carrier and a brake caliper of a vehicle for applying the brake disc by means of brake linings. Current tests have shown that the tappet after assembly is not fixed correctly in a housing of the electromechanical actuator. The tappet may after positioning fall out of the rotary lever, which results in the force transmission for applying the brake disc being interrupted and the brake disc not being able to be applied. An object of the present disclosure is to overcome the problems from the prior art and to provide a disc brake with an electromechanical actuator which reduces or even prevents damage to the tappet, the cam disc and the housing of the electromechanical actuator.

When the driving part is operated, the rotatory power of the driving part is transferred to the differential gear. The outer brake and the inner brake connected with the differential gear provide braking forces to the disk at the same time along a rotation of the differential gear.

An eccentric axis (110) that the driven bevel gear (108) of the bevel gear has is coupled with a guide long hole (116) of the lamp bridge (114) forwardly and backwardly operated in accordance with a guide block (112). During braking, electrical power given to the bevel gear is transferred to the lamp plate (120) through the lamp bridge (114), and thus an unnecessary gap is not formed between the lamp bridge (114) and the lamp plate (120).

An apparatus for operating a parking brake is provided to reduce moving distance of an operation lever without decreasing moving distance of brake shoes. An apparatus for operating a parking brake comprises a connection member(230), a first operation lever(210), and a second operation lever(220). The connection member has a shoe insertion groove(240) where brake shoes are inserted. The first operation lever, whose one end is assembled with the connection member, makes contact with one of the brake shoes. The second operation lever, whose one end is joined to the other end of the first operation lever and the other end is joined to the other side of the connection member, makes contact with the other one of the brake shoes. The gear teeth are formed at the other end of the first operation lever and the one end of the second operation lever. The first operation lever and the second lever are engaged with each other.

The body comprises a pressing rod piston (30) with a first spring element (110) braced between a collar (90) and an inner surface (100) of a recess (60). A stop element is fixed on the rod piston outside of the body. A second spring element is clamped between the stop element and fixed reference point device, so that dead way between the stop element and the reference point device is compensatable by the second spring element with operation of the rod piston.
