In a single-handle mixer valve for hot and cold water having a hollow piston which is mounted in an essentially cylindrical sleeve insertable into the valve housing and provided with seals and in which the inflows and outflows take place radially on the hollow piston, provision is made for operation with a hot water overflow store with an inflow opening for cold water and two outflow openings for the selective determination of cold water part-flows, the outflow openings having an opposite opening characteristic as a function of the rotational position of the hollow piston and one cold water part-flow being fed to the hot water overflow store and the corresponding hot water return line of the store being fed into a mixing chamber and here producing mixing water at the correct temperature. The total flow through the mixing valve is determined by axial displacement of the hollow piston relative to the inflow and outflow openings.

The valve body is supported in a fluid system between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, and is moved between an opened condition for enabling a flow of fluid to flow from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet and a closed condition for blocking the fluid to flow to the fluid outlet. The motorized unit includes an electric motor and an actuator which is operatively linked to the electric motor and is coupled with the valve body, wherein when the electric motor is activated, the actuator is driven to rotate to actuate the valve body to between the opened condition and the closed condition.

According to the invention, the mixing unit comprises a single-piece common part which delimits the mixing chamber, while forming at least a portion of the additional casing. The mixing unit according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mixing unit comprises a control member claim 1 , in the form of a lever claim 1 , that is movably mounted on the top of the cartridge claim 1 , to control the mixer and thus control the respective flow rate of the first incoming stream and the second incoming stream.3.
