An outdoor light unit has plural self-contained mechanisms for producing electricity for powering the light unit, the light unit including a support, an electrical lamp, photovoltaic material at its top, an electrical generator, and water impingement blades and wind turbine blades to turn the generator to power the lamp. A rainwater collector collects rainwater running off of the photovoltaic material and directs it onto the water impingement blades. The generator and the rainwater collector are mounted to pivot with respect to the support, and fins cause the wind turbine blades to face into the wind. 1. An outdoor light unit comprising:a stationary support for supporting the unit;an electrical lamp mounted on the support;a first arrangement generating electricity from the rays of the sun to power the lamp; anda second arrangement generating electricity from at least one of wind and rain to power the lamp.2. The present invention relates to a light emitting pedal for a bicycle, wherein the light emitting pedal has been developed so that, when riding a bicycle, the rotating motion of a pedal body relative to a pedal shaft coupled to a crank arm is used to light up LEDs installed on the front and rear surfaces of the pedal body, thereby allowing easy discrimination from the surroundings. In the light emitting pedal for the bicycle, an electricity generating unit is provided in a pedal, which includes the pedal shaft mounted to a bicycle crank arm and the pedal body rotatably coupled to the pedal shaft, and causes an illumination part mounted on the pedal body to emit light. The electricity generating unit is characterized by comprising: a multi-pole magnet in which a plurality of magnets, which have a shape that is radially fragmented from a cylindrical shape and have inner and outer circumferences having different polarities, are bonded by an adhesive to a central portion that is inserted into the pedal body of the pedal shaft, and are mounted and fixed in a cylindrical shape in which different polarities are repeated along an outer circumferential surface; a pair of space portions formed symmetrically on both sides around the center through which the pedal shaft of the pedal body passes; a pair of mounting protrusions protruding into the space portions; a rotation shaft, of which both ends are rotatably mounted to the mounting protrusions; a rotation magnet mounted to the rotation shaft; a coil mounted along an inner edge of the space portions; and an LED light emitting unit connected to the coil and mounted to the front surface or the rear surface of the pedal body.

Accordingly, the RFID tag worn on the criminal is identified with the RFID antenna, so the presence of the criminal is detected and the detection of the criminal is notified. A camera image is transmitted to a server when the emergency call is received, so a manager views the camera image and copes with an emergency situation in the server. When battery power is lowered, and the solar generation and the external power are cut off, an operable power state is always kept by generating the power. Moreover, a CCTV management environment with easy installation and convenient management is provided by using a wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) closed cable TV (CCTV) instead of a wired cable.
