Separated gases travel along the vacuum line and are reintroduced to the liquid flow in the Venturi tube as bubbles. These bubbles exit the Venturi tube and are released to the atmosphere in the gas-release device. Liquid flow is induced by existing mains pressure or an existing non-dedicated pump. The vent valve to be used in heating radiators incorporates two separate sealing surfaces. The first and main seal is that formed between the opening (3) and sealing cone (18). This shuts the valve completely. The second seal is formed between lips (12) and a shank (14). This second seal ensures that, when the first seal is opened, the coolant in the radiator only flows out of the orifice (6) to which a drain tube may be fitted. This prevents fluid from the valve damaging furnishings, etc. through uncontrolled release.

As a result, device reliability can be improved. In addition, an attachment prevention protrusion is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the guide, thus attachment of floating foreign substances between the guide and the upper case can be prevented in the case where the water level increases to the guide due to sudden water supply. As a result, device malfunctioning can be prevented. Also, the fixing prevention protrusion of the guide is lifted and lowered in a state of close contact with the upper case, thus guide inclination can be prevented and an accurate and stable lifting and lowering operation can be performed.
