Each of a stack of bubbling plates is made up of triangular wells 150, 1501 with boundary walls 152 and a flat bottom 151, the wells being assembled edge to edge to form a closed pattern and a solder seal 154 applied to a V groove between abutting edges. Wells 150 of the top and alternate plates are drained by downcomers 157 at each corner and wells 150<SP>1</SP> of the second and alternate plates drain from the centre by downcomers 158 ; or each plate may have both types of well. Bubble caps 160 are located over vapour risers in the well floor. Spaces 161 remaining between marginal walls and the column wall are closed preferably by sheet metal. The lowermost plate of a stack is mounted on a grid structure of bars arranged in triangles each supporting four wells on small plates welded to the bars at intervals the length of the side of a well, each plate thus supporting a corner of six wells. 본 발명은 효율이 높고 경제적이며 소규모의 액체질소 및 액체산소의 제조에 적합한 초소형 액체질소 및 액체산소 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 외부공기를 이용하여 저온저압의 기체공기를 생산하는 상온부와, 상기 상온부에서 생산된 저온저압의 기체공기를 액체질소 및 액체산소로 분리하는 저온부로 구성된다. 이 중에서 상기 상온부는, 외부공기가 유입되는 흡입구와, 흡입된 외부공기를 압축하는 압축기와, 압축된 공기에 포함된 수분 및 이물질을 제거하는 수분리기와, 수분리기에서 미처 제거되지 못한 수분(H 2 O), 탄산가스(CO 2 ), 탄화수소가스(C m H n ) 및 질화가스(NO x )를 제거하는 한 쌍의 흡착탑과, 이물질이 제거된 압축공기를 냉각하는 제 1 냉각기를 포함하여 구성된다. 또한, 상기 저온부는, 제 1 냉각기에서 냉각된 기체공기를 냉각하는 주열교환기 및 보조열교환기와, 주열교환기에서 냉각된 기체공기로부터 기체질소를 분리하는 고압컬럼과, 고압컬럼에서 공급된 액체공기로부터 산소와 질소를 분리하는 저압컬럼과, 고압컬럼에서 공급된 액체공기를 기체스트림과 액체스트림으로 분리하여 저압컬럼으로 공급하는 기액분리기와, 고압컬럼에서 분리된 기체질소를 응축하는 응축기를 포함하여 구성된다.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines oder mehrerer Luftprodukte durch Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft in einer Luftzerlegungsanlage (100) mit einem Destillationssäulensystem (10), das eine Hochdrucksäule (111) und eine Niederdrucksäule (112) umfasst, wobei eine Einsatzluftmenge in einem Hauptluftverdichter (101) auf ein erstes Druckniveau verdichtet wird, wovon ein erster Anteil und ein zweiter Anteil in einem Nachverdichter 105 nachverdichtet werden, der nachverdichtete erste Anteil der Einsatzluftmenge unter Verwendung eines ersten Boosters (108) und eines zweiten Boosters (109) weiter verdichtet und anschließend abgekühlt, auf das erste Druckniveau entspannt und in die Hochdrucksäule (111) eingespeist wird, und der nachverdichtete zweite Anteil der Einsatzluftmenge abgekühlt und anschließend unter Verwendung eines ersten Turboexpanders (110), der mit dem zweiten Booster (109) mechanisch gekoppelt ist, auf das erste Druckniveau entspannt und in die Hochdrucksäule (111) eingespeist wird. Es ist vorgesehen, dass der erste Anteil und der zweite Anteil der Einsatzluftmenge in dem Nachverdichter (105) von dem ersten Druckniveau auf ein zweites Druckniveau nachverdichtet und dem Nachverdichter (105) gemeinsam auf dem zweiten Druckniveau entnommen werden, der Hochdrucksäule (111) unreiner Stickstoff auf dem ersten Druckniveau entnommen und unter Verwendung eines zweiten Turboexpanders (115), der mit dem ersten Booster (108) mechanisch gekoppelt ist, entspannt wird, und der Niederdrucksäule (112) ein an Argon angereichertes Fluid entnommen, an Argon abgereichert und in die Niederdrucksäule (112) zurückgeführt wird. A divided wall exchange column includes a dividing wall strengthened by stiffening members and/or a double wall design to better withstand pressure differentials and minimize temperature differentials. When a double wall is used, cost of manufacture and installation is minimized by reducing the manufacturing tolerances required while providing a design robust in construction, installation, and operation. When structured packing is used, the stiffening members, combined with positioning the layers of packing at preferred angles relative to the dividing wall, result in minimal interference with the heat and/or mass transfer process while minimizing the complexity of manufacture and construction of the packing. Further, by positioning the top layer of structured packing at other preferred angles relative to the dividing wall, a simplified liquid distributor design may be used in the divided wall exchange column while the layers below may still be orientated as described above with all the associated benefits.
