PURPOSE: To expose each color light without color deviation by laminating semiconductor photoelectric conversion layers via transparent conductive films, changing the absorption characteristics of the respective photoelectric conversion layers and taking out the electromotive force corresponding to the wavelength region of the absorbed light. CONSTITUTION: The transparent conductive films 24, 25, 26 and the photoelectric conversion films 31, 32, 33 are alternately laminated on a glass plate 1. The films 31, 32, 33 are manufactured by vapor deposition of amorphous silicon so that the film 31 absorbs the light of a short wavelength, the film 32 the light of an intermediate region and the film 33 the light of a long wavelength region.
