A label (10) for identifying contents of intravenous feeding bottles (50) has formed as an integral part thereof a hanging ring (30) for suspending the bottle (50) from an intravenous stand (58). The label is built up from at least one layer of film (14 and 28), a layer of printing ink (22 and 24), and a layer of adhesive (18 and 26). The hanging ring (30) is defined in the label (10) by a pair of die cut lines (32, 34) that penetrate at least the one layer of film (28) in the label. A release coating (36) is applied between the layer of film (28) and the bottle (50) in a portion of the label defined by the hanging ring (30) to permit the hanging ring to be peeled away from the bottle and the remaining portion of the label.

A tamper evident tag is provided having a sealant layer, and ink layer and an oxygen barrier layer. The tag may be a film-based tag incorporating a color shifting ink layer located in the sealant layer and a bar code in the ink layer. The tag may be placed over one or more perforations in the bottom end covering of a container. When the container is opened, air enters the interior of the container, passes through the perforations and into the sealant layer. When air reaches the color shifting ink layer, it changes to a color the same as or similar to the bar code, rendering the bar code illegible.

The present invention relates to banking card stickers that provide protection of information displayed on banking cards, by allowing the user to apply an adhesive backed, tamper evident and opaque sticker over all but the last four numbers of the user's card on the front and back of the card, the card code number on either the front or rear of the card, and the card's signature block. Each strip is adhesive backed and opaque. Different embodiments of the security stickers are provided for the user to choose for different kinds of banking cards.
