A glowing frame for a hazardous material placard is an apparatus used to illuminate the hazardous material placard during the night or dangerous weather conditions. The apparatus is attached to a vehicle carrying hazardous material and includes a frame, a plurality of light emitting diode (LED) strips, a drain hole, a pair of wires, and a disconnection mechanism. The hazardous material placard and the LED strips are situated in between a front portion and a back portion of the frame. The drain hole allows moisture to be released from within the frame. The pair of wires is used to complete a circuit between the LED strips and the vehicle's side-marker or tail light system. The disconnection mechanism activates the LED strips and locks the placard in place. In addition, the disconnection mechanism deactivates the LED strips and releases the placard from the frame.

A hand-held, portable frame to support signs for street side promotions. This rugged, lightweight frame is made from aluminum or plastics and consists of various joints interconnected by square shaped insert tubes into a figure 8 configuration with optional extensions. To fasten, thumb screws attached to the joints that when twisted, pinch the insert tubes. The bottom brace member is a foot support. The middle brace member forms a hand support and is used as a body rest by leaning on it. Signs are attached only at the top allowing them to swing with the wind; minimizes user fatigue. Double sided signs can be used for viewing from opposite directions. All tubes come in multiple lengths and can couple together to form larger members. A license plate holder is implemented which displays a license plate from inside of a vehicle while positioned on the inside dashboard. The license plate holder comprises a base, a receiving portion, and a slot on the receiving portion into which the license plate is inserted. The receiving portion may be attached to the base using a hinge that can lock in multiple positions. The base of the holder further includes a light bar with one or more LEDs (light emitting diodes) and a switching panel. The light bar can illuminate the license plate and improve visibility at night time. The one or more LEDs are powered by a power source, such as batteries, which are disposed within the base of the license plate holder. The user can activate and deactivate the light bar in different colors using the switching panel.
