The protective layer material ( 803 ) is joined to the surface of the first material and the second material ( 802 ) by melting at least a part of the surface layer of the first material ( 801 ) and the second material ( 802 ). Further, a material having high abrasion resistance is selected as the protective layer material ( 803 ).

The present invention relates to a pollution prevention device for a heat sealing roller, capable of preventing pollution of a heat sealing roller from transmission or outflow of an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive in an FFC laminating device which can change a transmission path of a deformed film in accordance with a number of a roller heat sealing a pair of films. According to the present invention, the pollution prevention device for a heat sealing roller, capable of preventing the pollution of the heat sealing roller from the transmission or the outflow of the adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive in the FFC laminating device, comprises an adhering unit (100) and a deformed-film supply and collection unit (300). A first adhesive individually adheres to the inner side of the adhering unit (100), and the adhering unit (100) discharges first and second films (210, 220) at a predetermined speed by heat sealing the first and second films (210, 220) at a preset temperature and a preset pressure using at least a pair of first and second rollers (110, 120) while one or more conductors (230) are inserted between the first and second films (210, 220) to which a reinforcing tape (T1), wherein a second adhesive adheres to the same, individually adheres, on the outer side of at least one or more windows (W1) of a predetermined shape. The deformed-film supply and collection unit (300) comprises: a deformed-film supply unit (300a) individually supplying first and second deformed films (310, 320) by individually enclosing the outer surface of the first and second rollers (110, 120) in one side of the pair of the first and second rollers (110, 120) installed in the adhering unit (100); and a deformed-film collection unit (300b) individually collecting the deformed films to one side of the first and second rollers (110, 120).

Next, in the conductor foil, the first conductor residue end is peeled from the carrier tape, and then the first insulating tape having an adhesive layer in a solid state at a normal temperature is laminated on the carrier tape. Only the adhesive layer region covering the wiring pattern portion is compressed and heated by the lower hot plate so that the wiring pattern portion is adhered to the insulating tape. Subsequently, the carrier tape is peeled off from the insulating tape and separated at a sharp angle from the insulating tape, and the second conductor residue portion is removed in a non-adhesive state. Finally, the second insulating tape is laminated to the first insulating tape, and what is thus obtained is punched into the desired shape. In the process of adhering the wiring pattern portion during the transfer process, the laminated tape is placed in the chamber and is heated by compression under reduced pressure to prevent air bubbles from entering the interface between the wiring pattern portion and the first insulating tape.

By applying pressure to the first blank (801), the second blank (802), and the protective layer blank (803) while heating the same, the first blank (801) and the second blank (802) are formed into a predetermined shape and dimensions, and by melting at least a part of the surface layer of the first blank (801) and the second blank (802), the protective layer blank (803) bonds with the surface of the first blank (801) and the second blank (802). A material having high abrasion resistance is chosen as the protective layer blank (803).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Leitungssatzes (2) sowie einen solchen Leitungssatz (2). Bei dem Verfahren wird eine Montagevorrichtung (4) bereitgestellt, welche einen Träger (6) mit darauf angeordneten Führungsstiften (8) aufweist. Auf diesen Träger (6) werden zunächst eine Trägerfolie (10), anschließend Leiter (14) und schließlich eine Deckfolie (18) aufgelegt. Die Trägerfolie (10) sowie bevorzugt auch die Deckfolie (18) weisen mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen (12) für jeweils einen Führungsstift (8) auf, durch die die Führungsstifte (8) hindurch geführt sind. Die Leiter (14) werden entsprechend einem gewünschten Verlegemuster angeordnet und hierzu um die Führungsstifte (8) herum geführt. Ein hierdurch ausgebildeter Laminatverbund (20) wird nachfolgend von dem Träger (6) abgenommen und von den Führungsstiften (8) abgezogen. Hierdurch ist eine einfache Fertigung eines solchen Leitungssatzes (2) ermöglicht.
