This wire array rubber connector ( 10 ) is obtained by: mixing a plurality of conductive metal wires having a predetermined length into a liquid thermosetting electrical insulating rubber material; applying a magnetic field from a thickness direction of the rubber material using an electromagnet that is patterned in a predetermined pattern so that the conductive metal wires are arrayed in the thickness direction and localized; and curing the rubber material by heating, thereby providing the wire array rubber connector with high flame resistance and with low transmission loss in a high frequency region.

The present disclosure relates to a shielded electric connector for connecting or distributing shielded electric lines or plug connectors with one another, and to methods for producing the shielded electric connector. Connector elements belong to a line or to a plug connector. Shielding sleeves or shielding housings of the lines and/or of the plug connectors are surrounded by a shielding housing, which consists of a cast metal body that has been cast in situ onto annular regions of the shielding sleeves or shielding housings in order to produce a local anchoring means with low electric contact resistance. 1. The first and second longitudinal channels and the first and second through-openings are sealed in a fluid-tight manner by inserting two first sealing pieces into the first through-opening and two second sealing pieces into the second through-opening. In an injection-molding method, a connecting piece is formed connecting the contact carrier to the outer sheath of the cable by overmolding at least a rear section of the contact carrier comprising the first and second through-openings and a section of the cable protruding on the cable side. 1. The block terminal of claim 1 , wherein the block base and the busbar extend in a vertical direction.3. The block terminal of claim 1 , wherein the block base and the busbar comprise bent portions.4.
