To protect conductors laid underground from work being done in the ground, at least one cable or pipe is laid on either side of the conductor, but much closer to the ground surface, so that the workman or driver of a digger can be warned of the proximity of the conductor. The cable or pipe is made from steel so that a clear resistance is felt by the workman or machine driver when it is moved. The cable or pipe has a protective coating against corrosion and the steel is a high-grade one. Each cable or pipe is between eight inches and a foot above the highest point of the conductor and they are about one or two yards apart sideways.

Le procédé consiste à effectuer la mise en place simultanée d'un câble (2) à l'intérieur d'un tube de protection (3), et la dépose du tube ainsi garni au fond d'une tranchée (4) de réception créée par un engin de pose (16) qui se déplace sur le sol (5) et qui supporte un touret (20) à partir duquel le tube (3) est déroulé. Le câble est lui-même dévidé d'un touret (7). Il comporte en tête un furet (2a), soufflé dans le tube par une pression d'air comprimé fournie par un compresseur (11). Le furet entraînant le câble se trouve en permanence bloqué sur au plus la second spire du tube sur le touret (20), et conserve cette position relative au fur et à mesure que le tube est mis en place dans la tranchée. L'invention.concerne également les moyens pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.

A technique for aiding an underground communications cable installer in the installation such cable in underground utilities neighborhoods. The technique manages the problem presented by a surface-visible, underground-pathway obstruction such as a sidewalk, which lies across the path of installation. The technique, or method, is useful with any kind of cable, such as fiberoptic cable or copper wire cable. Hydraulic water pressure is applied through a biased, flexible conduit to erode a pathway under the obstruction from ground surface on one side to ground surface on the opposite side of the obstruction, thereby forming a tunnel under the obstruction through which the cable can be easily pulled. In alternative embodiments, the cable can be inserted directly into and through the conduit while it is underground, the conduit then acting as a sleeve for the cable which is subsequently removed prior to burying the cable in a trench dug from street-located handhole to house. The present invention provides a carpet with cable capable of inhibiting noise. The carpet is provided on a floor on a vehicle interior. The cable is routed along the carpet on an opposite side from the vehicle interior. An attachment member is molded by hot-pressing a nonwoven fabric into a shape configured by a depression and a pair of wings. The pair of wings are fixated to the carpet at respective positions with a center axis of the cable therebetween, and the depression is integrally connected to the pair of wings and covers the cable on an opposite side from the carpet. 1. A carpet with cable comprising:a carpet provided to a floor on a vehicle interior;a cable routed along the carpet on an opposite side from the vehicle interior; andan attachment member molded by hot-pressing a nonwoven fabric into a shape including a depression and a pair of wings, the pair of wings being fixated to the carpet at respective positions with a center axis of the cable therebetween, and the depression being integrally connected to the pair of wings and covering the cable on an opposite side from the carpetwherein the cable is arranged on an interior of the depression, and the carpet is formed to be flat in a portion facing the cable.2. The carpet with cable according to claim 1 , wherein through-holes are formed in the carpet at positions having the center axis of the cable therebetween claim 1 ,two ends of the depression are respectively passed through the pair of through-holes and are respectively connected to the pair of wings on the vehicle interior side, andthe pair of wings are fixated to the carpet on the vehicle interior side.3.
