An object of the present invention is to provide an electric rotating machine and a method of connecting feeding lead wires thereto, which can increase the resistance to centrifugal forces of the lead wire without controlling the hardness of the lead wire by post-processing such as cold pressing and suppress plastic deformation of the joint between the lead wire and the joint conductor. To materialize the above object, the feeding lead wire in accordance with the present invention comprises a first part connected to a joint conductor having a first thickness, a second part having a second thickness that is thinner than said first thickness, and a third part that is formed between said first and second parts and has a thickness changing from said first thickness to said second thickness. The first part of the feeding lead wire is welded to the joint conductor by electron beams or brazed to the joint conductor while the feeding lead wire is being cooled.

The electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, a coil module wound around the stator, a Hall unit and a wiring circuit unit. The Hall unit includes a Hall circuit board disposed around a rotating shaft of the rotor, and a Hall module for sensing rotation of the rotor. The wiring circuit unit is independent of the Hall circuit board and includes a three-phase power source interface. The wiring circuit unit electrically connects coils of the coil module to the power source interfaces respectively by groups. By separately disposing the Hall unit and the wiring circuit unit independently, a volume of the Hall circuit board can be reduced, and an area blocking an airflow path of a heat dissipation unit can be reduced, so heat dissipation effect of the electric motor and the electric tool can be improved.

Provided are a one body type terminal assembly of a driving motor for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof, the one body type terminal assembly including a bus bar assembly including a plurality of ring-shaped bus bars overlapping each other, each of which is primarily insert-injection-molded and of which an outer surface is surrounded with an insulating material; and flanges which are simultaneously insert-injection-molded with the bus bar assembly to be formed to protrude from an outer circumferential surface of the bus bar assembly at intervals when the bus bar assembly is secondarily insert-injection-molded. 1. A terminal assembly of a driving motor for a vehicle , the terminal assembly comprising:a bus bar assembly including a plurality of ring-shaped bus bars overlapping each other, each of which is primarily insert-injection-molded and of which an outer surface is surrounded with an insulating material; andflanges which are simultaneously insert-injection-molded with the bus bar assembly to be formed to protrude from an outer circumferential surface of the bus bar assembly at intervals when the bus bar assembly is secondarily insert-injection-molded.2. The terminal assembly of claim 1 , wherein each of the bus bars are formed by being primarily insert-injection-molded after a plurality of bus bar unit bodies forming an arc are mutually welded.3. The terminal assembly of claim 2 , wherein a plurality of coupling grooves are provided in an upper end and a lower end of each of the bus bars in a circumferential direction.4. The terminal assembly of claim 3 , wherein the coupling groove is located at a welding seam of the bus bar unit body.5.
