The diaphragm includes a first electret, a second electret, a polymer layer and an electrode layer. At least one layer of the first electret or the second electret is formed by expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. The second electret is stacked on one side of the first electret, while the electrode layer is stacked on the opposite side of the first electret. The polymer layer is made of a hydrophobic material and is disposed on the second electret. The first perforated electrode is stacked on a first spacer and close to the polymer layer. The first spacer disposed to between the diaphragm and the first perforated electrode supports the first perforated electrode over the diaphragm and defines a first chamber. A fabrication method of the electret loudspeaker device is also provided.

The suspension disclosed has at least two layer structures, which makes the signal transmitted in each layer structures at the same time, even if one of the layer structures is broken, the rest of the layer structures can still be working.

An interior component of a vehicle , the interior component comprising:a carrier having a front face directed toward a passenger compartment of the vehicle and an opposite rear face;a speaker including an at least partially transparent diaphragm and a transducer coupled to the diaphragm, wherein movement of the transducer causes vibration of the diaphragm to generate sound by vibration of the diaphragm, the diaphragm having a front face directed towards the passenger compartment and an opposite rear face;wherein the carrier provides a support along at least part of the periphery of the diaphragm where the diaphragm is attached to the carrier wherein the front face and the rear face of the diaphragm are free of the carrier across a part of the diaphragm surface so that the diaphragm is suspended in the carrier of the interior component.2. The diaphragms of each group are driven by a respective motor to which all the diaphragms in the group are coupled and at least one motor has an indirect coupling with no direct mechanical connection to the diaphragms driven thereby. One or more electromagnetic motors that drive one or more sets of multiple diaphragms to provide acoustically efficient loudspeaker systems having dimensions that allow use in applications that would be difficult or impossible with traditional transducers.

When the vibration system vibrates, the change in capacitance is detected to calculate the actual displacement of the vibration system, which can reduce the power of the speaker device when the actual displacement of the vibration system exceeds a safety threshold. For an electronic device adopting such a speaker structure, the displacement of the vibration system of a speaker product can be detected in real time at the system end of the electronic device. 1.
