本发明适用于无线网络通信技术领域,提供了一种图片上传方法、系统、图片上传客户端及网络服务器,所述方法包括下述步骤:客户端确定待上传图片,并生成与该待上传图片对应的唯一图片标识,并向网络服务器发送图片检测请求,该网络服务器根据检测该网络服务器中是否存在具有相同图片标识的图片,并返回检测结果至该客户端,且当检测结果为否时,该客户端将该待上传图片以分片上传的形式上传至该网络服务器中存储,在该待上传图片成功上传后,该网络服务器记录该图片标识,并返回上传成功的响应至该客户端。本发明避免了相同图片的重复性上传等,使得上传速度得到提高,大量的网络流量带宽被节省,用户体验效果得到提升。
