Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for tiered greening of power consumption on shared equipment. The system improves significantly over previous systems by allowing large organizations to utilize renewable (“green”) power progressively, fulfilling customer stipulations of power quantity, quality, and delivery, and apportioning the cost fairly among customers. During operation, the system obtains a plurality of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailing power consumption by a plurality of jobs from a plurality of customers, wherein the SLAs specify a level of green power generated from renewable sources, and green power quality and delivery requirements. The system then apportions the power consumption to a respective job, in satisfaction of the job's SLA, yielding a net increase in a total level of green power of the plurality of jobs. The system may then control the shared equipment to execute the job according to the apportioned power consumption.

The technology described herein relates to a system for generating a simulated environment for, among other aspects, modeling property. In more detail, the technology relates to generating a virtual three dimensional (“virtual 3-D”) space having one or more virtual characters associated with one or more users. The virtual 3-D environment, in one non-limiting example, can simulate a process for selecting and viewing property by allowing a user to simulate engagement with a realtor and/or view and engage with the property using virtual reality technology. For example, a user may wear a virtual reality headset that enables him/her to simulate visiting a realtor's office where the user can then select one or more properties to view. Upon selection, the user may enter view the property in the virtual environment and engage with different elements associated with the property.

An adjusting power measuring apparatus includes: a processor that: acquires an active power measurement value of active power exchanged at a connection point between a targeted power grid and an adjusting power supply source that supplies adjusting power to the targeted power grid, acquires a frequency measurement value of frequency at the connection point, calculates, based on the active power measurement value and the frequency measurement value, a first adjusting power coefficient indicating a degree of influence that fluctuation in the active power has on fluctuation in the frequency, calculates, based on the first adjusting power coefficient and a fluctuation measurement value of the fluctuation in the frequency, the adjusting power supplied from the adjusting power supply source to the targeted power grid, and determines, based on the calculated adjusting power, compensation to be paid to an owner of the adjusting power supply source.

Systems and methods for machine forward energy purchase based on model simulation on a digital twin are disclosed. An example system may include an energy and compute facility including at least one of an energy source or an energy utilization requirement, and a controller. The controller may include a facility model circuit to operate a digital twin for the facility; a facility description circuit to interpret a set of parameters from the digital twin for the facility; and a facility configuration circuit to operate an adaptive learning system, wherein the adaptive learning system adjusts a facility configuration based on the set of parameters from the digital twin based, at least in part, on the energy source or the energy utilization requirement, and an energy credit forward market.
