A pump attachment interface provides a fixed link between a first line in communication with a fluid reservoir, and a second line in communication with a mobile storage tank via a pump of a pump truck. The interface includes an interface body with a sloping surface that supports a fixed conduit such that a lower end of the conduit is at a height that is lower than an upper end of the conduit. The lower end is for coupling to the first line, and the second end is for coupling to the second line. The attachment interface also has a spill containment catch basin over which the second end of the conduit is located so as to catch any spillage from the second line when it is coupled to the conduit. The body can be a concrete block, or be molded plastic filled with sand or water.

Disclosed are integral and/or portable, easy-to-install apparatuses for detecting and containing fluid leaked or otherwise discharged from a fluid-filled device and for facilitating testing and maintenance of the apparatus and fluid-filled devices. In one aspect of the disclosed invention, upon sensing a fluid discharge, the apparatus activates audible and/or visual alarms and directs the discharged fluid to a predetermined drainage area to prevent damage to areas surrounding the fluid-filled device. In another aspect of the present invention, no plumbing or electrical wiring is required to install the apparatus, thereby allowing an unskilled individual to easily and inexpensively install the apparatus. In yet another aspect of the present invention, the apparatus may be easily located since it is not dependent on gravity or a drainage pipe for discharge of the fluid. Furthermore, the apparatus optionally includes an integral leveling mechanism to accommodate leveling of the apparatus when placed on uneven surfaces.

The present invention relates to a valve manifold box system and method in which one or more dispensing units dispense chemical to multiple points of use. The fluid circuit includes a valve manifold connected in series by double wall conduits known as transfer pipes. The fluid circuit is in the form of a series of valve manifolds in which each valve manifold alternates with a double wall pipe such that chemicals are supplied to opposite ends. Optionally, the two dispensing units are connected to a straight fluid circuit. The valve manifold is housed in a valve box and the end of the transfer pipe is connected to the valve box. In this way, leakage from either the valve manifold or the transfer pipe is collected in the valve box. A leak detector is provided in the valve box, and upon detection of leaks, as well as potential leak valve manifolds and their associated adjacent conveying pipes supplied to such valve manifolds are separated by a separation valve. In this way, the rest of the valve manifold, and hence its point of use, can continuously supply the chemical while continuing to investigate the problem.

Êëàïàí ïî ï.1, êîòîðûé äîïîëíèòåëüíî âêëþ÷àåò ïðîêëàäêó, ðàñïîëîæåííóþ âäîëü âíóòðåííåé ñòåíû êîðïóñà êëàïàíà, ïðè÷åì ïðîêëàäêà îáåñïå÷èâàåò óïëîòíåííîå çàöåïëåíèå êðûøêè ñ êîðïóñîì êëàïàíà, êîãäà êðûøêà ñ ïîìîùüþ ðåçüáîâîãî ñîåäèíåíè ââèí÷åíà â êîðïóñ êëàïàíà. 4. Multichannel rotary valve for fluids directing

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to fitting engineering and is intended for use in devices for fluid multicomponent mixtures separation. Multichannel rotary valve for directing flows of fluids contains the first fixed head, the second rotary head and actuator for rotary head turning. The first fixed head has at least one main hole for connection with fluid flow and at least one auxiliary hole for connection with chamber. Chamber contains substance. This substance contacts with fluids and solid particles. In the first fixed head at least one first bypassing channel and at least one concentric second channel is made. The mentioned first bypassing channel communicates with the main hole. Actuator for turning rotary head has at least one radial chamber. Radial chamber has mutually spaced first and second holes for connection with the first or the second bypassing channel and auxiliary hole. The rotary head forms hydraulic seal with fixed head. Actuator for turning rotary head is positioned with possibility of interconnection of selected main holes with selected auxiliary holes with the help of radial chambers. There is version for implementation of multichannel rotary valve. Spillage is collected in the receptacle and, if desired, permitted to flow into the tank via valved passages in the receptacle bottom.

본 발명은 충분한 체적효율을 유지하면서 충분한 동력 효율을 확보하는 동시에 토출온도의 상승을 억제하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 각 보어 (1A∼ 1F)와 중심축구멍 (la)과의 사이에 도통로 (2A∼2F)가 형성되고, 흡입통로 (25)를 갖는 회전밸브(22)에는, 도통로 (2A-2F)를 매개하여 잔류개스를 바이패스하는 잔류개스바이패스홈(28)이 형성된다. 잔류개스바이패스홈(28)의 고압측홈(28a)은, 피스턴의 상사점위치 T 1 를 θ°초과하여 각도설정되어 있다. 토출종료후의 보어(1D)내에서 잔류개스가 약간 재팽창되지만, 이 근소한 잔류개스의 재팽창에 의해 열회수가 행해지는 량 만큼 그 보어(1D) 내부가 냉각된다. 또 사판에 작용하는 흡인력이 잔류개스의 근소한 재팽창분만큼 저감된다.

A directional control valve wherein a spool hole having an input port, an actuator port and a tank port is provided in a valve block, wherein a spool is slidably fitted in the spool hole at a position where it can establish and out off a communication between the input port, actuator port and tank port, wherein the input and tank ports are opened to first and second jointing surfaces of the valve block, respectively, and wherein a plurality of said valve blocks are connected to each other by superposing the first and second jointing surfaces to thereby establish communications between the input ports and the tank ports of the respective valve blocks, respectively, said directional control valve being characterized in that an annular groove is formed in an outside position of each of the ports in the second jointing surface of the valve block, that a drain merging passageway communicating with the annular groove is formed so as to be open to the first and second jointing surfaces of the valve block to thereby reduce the pressure of oil flowing through the drain merging passageway to a low pressure substantially equal to the atmospheric pressure.
