A pulse-flow-type reaction kettle comprises a kettle body (1). The kettle body (1) is provided with an alkali liquid feeding port (5), a complexing agent feeding port (6), a nickel salt solution feeding port (7), a cobalt salt solution feeding port (8), a manganese salt solution feeding port (9), and a discharging port (15). The nickel salt solution feeding port (7), the cobalt salt solution feeding port (8), and the manganese salt solution feeding port (9) are respectively connected to a nickel salt solution tube (10), a cobalt salt solution tube (11), and a manganese salt solution tube (12). Each of the nickel salt solution tube (10), the cobalt salt solution tube (11), and the manganese salt solution tube (12) is provided with an electromagnetic control valve (13). The electromagnetic control valve (13) is connected to a controller (14) via a control line.
