The outboard heat exchanger comprises an outer shell and an inner shell which are arranged in an inner-outer sleeving mode and are of a spherical structure, and a fresh water flowing space is jointly formed between the inner wall face of the outer shell and the outer wall face of the inner shell; the fresh water flowing space is divided into two independent chambers by a partition plate, one chamber is communicated with the fresh water inlet, and the other chamber is communicated with the fresh water outlet; a plurality of heat exchange pipes are installed between the two cavities in a communicating mode and penetrate through the interior of the inner shell.
