Provided are a transceiver device and a laser radar. The transceiver device comprises: at least one circulator (13) comprising an input end (131), an output end (132), and a common end (133), the common end (133) forming an input/output end face; and a laser light source (11) and a detector (13) which are arranged matching each other, the laser light source (11) being communicated with the input end (131) of the circulator (13) and emitting a laser beam to the circulator (13), and the detector (12) being communicated with the output end (132) of the circulator (13) and receiving light signals emitted from the circulator (13).
