The invention discloses an efficient purification device for ammonium bifluoride and ammonium fluoride. The efficient purification device comprises a base and a cover body, a top heating hole is formed in the top surface of the base; side heating holes which are obliquely formed are inwards formed in one side wall of the base; a PFA tank is inserted into each top heating hole and each side heating hole; the cover body covers the top surface of the base and completely covers the top heating hole; a plurality of heating rods are inserted into the base in a penetrating manner; the heating rod is electrically connected with the controller; and the PFA tank comprises a PFA reagent bottle and a PFA three-way elbow.
