[Solution] A portable communication terminal holder has: a mounting base (1) to be fixed to an interior part of an automobile; a holder body (4) for which a contact section (43), which is connected to the mounting base (1) and comes into contact with the back surface of a portable communication terminal (100), is formed on the front surface (42) thereof; and a pair of holding arms (51, 52) which are arranged on the front surface (42) of the holder body (4) so as to be able to hold side surfaces of the portable terminal. An air-blowing mechanism (6) is installed inside the holder body (4), and a vent hole (44) is formed in the front surface (42) in order for the wind generated by the air-blowing mechanism (6) to pass therethrough.

Provided are: an air cell which has low environmental load and good discharge characteristics; and a patch which is provided with this air cell. An air cell according to the present invention is obtained by having a positive electrode that has a catalyst layer containing a catalyst and a binder, a negative electrode that contains a metal material, a separator and an electrolyte solution contained in an outer case. This air cell is characterized in that: the electrolyte solution is an aqueous solution having a pH of 3 or more but less than 12; and the separator has an air permeability of 10 sec/100 ml or more, or alternatively, the positive electrode comprises a porous sheet that is formed from carbon as a collector. A patch according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with this air cell according to the present invention as a power supply.
