Disclosed are a phosphoric acid feed acidifier and a preparation method therefor. The acidifier comprises the following raw materials by weight percentage: phosphoric acid of 50-60%, a carrier of 35-45%, gypsum of 3-3.5%, and stearic acid and/or hydrogenated oil of 1.5-2%, the carrier being porous silica gel and/or kieselguhr. The preparation method is that, the phosphoric acid is absorbed into the carrier, the gypsum is mixed with the stearic acid and/or hydrogenated oil, and then the mixture is sprayed onto the carrier with absorbed phosphoric acid, and finally encapsulation is performed. The acidifier can effectively avoid the phosphoric acid from directly contacting the alkaline substance in the feed from the external, and prevent other alkaline nutritional components in the feed from being damaged, thereby improving the utilization of the acidifier and the feed.
