A magnetic mechanism is installed at the hinged position of the rotating shaft and the supporting frame and increases the resistance of rotating the rotating shaft. The magnetic resistance type rope climbing training system solves the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that rotation resistance is improved only through friction force, training intensity is lower and lower.
