The invention discloses a washing-free disinfection hand sanitizer, a method for preparing the washing-free disinfection hand sanitizer by using production wastewater and a preparation method of the washing-free disinfection hand sanitizer, and the washing-free disinfection hand sanitizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.2 part of carbomer; 2 to 5 parts by weight of coconut diethanolamide; 3 to 6 parts by weight of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride; and 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of dioctyl dimethyl ammonium bromide. 3-6 parts by weight of glycerin; and 45-55 parts by weight of deionized water. The production wastewater is used for preparing deionized water through reverse osmosis equipment, and the washing-free disinfection hand sanitizer can prevent skin injury, has a hand protection function and can moisten and care hand skin. The production wastewater is fully utilized, the cost is saved, and the waste of the production wastewater is prevented.
