Rapid sintering of high-activity and superfine aluminum-silicon alloy powder under pressure and metal fluid deformation, flowing and mold filling processes are completed through a powder forging technology, powder sintering and forging deformation of a sintered body are synchronously achieved, and finally the aluminum-silicon alloy forge piece with high compactness and high mechanical property is obtained.
