The invention provides an elevation-adjustable roadbed structure and an adjusting method thereof.The elevation-adjustable roadbed structure comprises a jacking raft arranged between a supporting layer and a foundation bed bottom layer, and one or more jacking units are arranged between the jacking raft and the foundation bed bottom layer; the jacking raft comprises a structural layer with a certain thickness and has certain bending strength and punching strength.
