A construction method for a waterless seal floor drain, comprising the following steps: 1. fabricating a waterproof sealing layer (3) on an upper surface of a structural floor (2) between a drainage standpipe (1) and the structural floor; 2. setting a group of water inlets (2-1) on a pipe wall of a part of the drainage standpipe (1) which is higher than the structural floor; 3. wrapping a water inlet (2-1) part of the drainage standpipe in a water-permeable sand-proof isolation layer (4); 4. making a cement mortar layer (5) on the upper surface of the structural floor (2), setting a ground decorative layer (6) on an upper surface of the cement mortar layer (5), and performing waterproof treatment between a floor drain (7) set at an inlet end of the drainage standpipe (1) and the ground decorative layer (6). Problems such as long-term aggregation, deterioration, stench and bacterial growth which arise after leaked sewage enters the cement mortar layer are thereby solved.
