The glass slide comprises a substrate, a cover plate and an adhesive layer, wherein the cover plate is provided with a sample adding groove communicated with the upper side and the lower side of the cover plate; the groove wall of the sample adding groove is sunken inwards in the horizontal direction to form a storage groove communicated with the upper side and the lower side of the cover plate; wherein the adhesive layer covers the lower surface of the cover plate, the groove edge of the storage groove can press one part of the slide on the substrate through the adhesive layer, and the other part of the slide can be communicated with the outside through the storage groove.
