Disclosed are a LED light source for plant light supplementation and a lamp using same. The LED light source comprises a substrate (4), a LED wafer (1), a first rubber powder layer (2) and a second rubber powder layer (3); the first rubber powder layer (2) is a mixture of an adhesive body and red phosphor and fixes the LED wafer (1) onto the substrate (4); the second rubber powder layer (3) covers the first rubber powder layer (2). The LED light source stimulates the red phosphor and the yellow phosphor by using a blue light LED wafer (6), which can not only form full spectrum but also lead to a light formula highlighting plant photosynthesis features, thereby changing the plant light formula in the prior art realized by the combination of multiple LED wafers including a red LED wafer, a blue LED wafer, an infrared LED wafer, an ultraviolet LED wafer and a green LED wafer as well as greatly reducing the input cost of LED wafers, circuits and radiators.

At two sides of the barton (4) in a length direction, windows (5) are arranged in intervals respectively and the hencoop is placed directly facing each window (5). The hybrid LED lamp (1) is installed in a distance right above a bottom of each coop. The average intensity of the light emitted by the hybrid LED lamp (1) to the bottom surface of the coop is 5-30 Lux.
