A fine regulation method for a rail board of a plate type ballastless rail comprises the following steps. A total station instrument sets stations freely according to a control net of foundation piles Quick adjusting frames (1) are set on positions of three pairs of bolt holes (3) on front, middle and back of the rail board. The total station instrument measures coordinates of six small high precision prisms (2) on the quick adjusting frames (1 ), and transmits measured data to a working computer by a wireless module. A returned measured data is compared with a theoretical design value pre-input in the working computer. A deviation is calculated between an actual position and a design position by using a fine regulation measuring software for the rail board. A position of the rail board is regulated according to a regulation quantity displayed on the computer.
