Device and method for measuring turbine blade flow field based on PIV technology

The invention discloses a device and method for measuring a turbine blade flow field based on a PIV technology, and relates to the field of precise measurement of an internal flow field of a turbine blade cooling structure. The device comprises a laser, a camera, tracer particles and fluid equipment. Main flow inlet water and secondary flow are matched with each other, the conditions of the main flow and the secondary flow are simulated in the PIV experiment, and the condition of an inner cavity flow field when the turbine blade works in a blade grid channel is restored to the maximum extent. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sampling; 2) recording test data; 3) performing simulation based on the test; 4) exploring a simulation method of a most fit test result; and 5) applying the method flow to a subsequent prediction experiment.
