Provided is an inter-field combination route processing method for a train control center. The method comprises: an inter-field combination route sending station encoding a small route of a home station, and then sending an encoding result and a signal state of the small route of the home station to an inter-field combination route receiving station; and after determining the signal state of the small route of the home station, the inter-field combination route receiving station splicing and combining a complete inter-field combination route in combination with the signal state, sent by the inter-field combination route sending station, of the small route. According to the present disclosure, inter-field combination route processing of two or more station train control centers is carried out by means of a route splicing processing method.
